I did not have a positive experience at this testing center. When I first walked in, without even a greeting, I was told to put my belongings in my car. So I did. Then I noticed other people had similar belongings and were not asked to put them in their car. Fine. When I returned from putting my belongings away, I was told to step out again as they were “overcrowded.” I understand covid has made things difficult for businesses. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I was then brought in to sign that I didn’t have covid symptoms. Then about 10 minutes after that, the same member walked in and said there were technical difficulties and all but one exam was out of commission that day, and then just walked away without offering us any assistance on how to reschedule. After approaching her and asking how to go about rescheduling, she was like “oh, ya, here’s a card.” On a general PSI note: no one has responded to my emails even though they said they would within 24 hours. Hold times are insanely long. Even the Nursing board that I am testing for can’t get through to PSI.
Regarding the “professional attire” being worn by a staff member there: I am all about body positivity and self-expression. And I understand this is Washington where just about anything goes....
Read moreOn the day I went in to take my test there was only one person there when I arrived, she was the lady on the left side when you walk in the door. I told her I came in early because my driver's licences had expired but I had my passport and marriage license because the last name was different. I give her my marriage license and she told me that my marriages license was expired I told her that marriage license don't expired she told me I was wrong, I tried to show other documentation with my name on it but she said that she can't except it because the first piece of ID was expired, so she wouldn't let me take the test. After she refused to let me take the test I went to the marriage license office and I brought another one which said the exact same thing as the one I had already purchased previously. Unfortunately I didn't make it back in time to take the test so I had to call the PSI # and make a complaint in order to try to reschedule without them charging me again and here I am a month later and the are refusing to reschedule me without charging me again. And it wasn't even my fault. I will gladly drive to Federal Way to take the test when I reschedule. This place is horrible don't walk from...
Read moreI agree with previous reviews. The staff is incredibly rude and treats you as if you are a burden. It would be nice to go into a test when you are already nervous to take a 130 question real estate broker exam to not be treated terribly by the staff/proctors that admit me to my exam. COVID-19 regulations don't seem to be in place at this location, besides signage. Multiple individuals in the check in lobby at a time including staff. I would not recommend testing at this location. As for PSI AMP as a whole, it seems to be a terrible testing company with very few resources to get consumers to there tests. Each time I have scheduled (2) I have had to wait over a month to even go to the test. The second time I opted to drive 40 miles from my home to take the option of an earlier appointment. I have also considered driving 200+ miles because availability is sooner sometimes for the locations in eastern Washington. For a company that provides testing for the DOL and other entities, it is shocking the lack of professionalism and courteousness from the staff at the locations as well as the inability to schedule a prompt exam. I sum it up...
