The unprofessional customer service and work ethic is beyond belief. Be aware of the females workers here. They do not know what they are doing at all and that will cost you money and time.
I went there for adding 2 lines for my parents. Representative called Mia lied about the cost of adding lines. She said adding a line only cost 35 dollars. But the actual cost is way higher. Mia set up my account wrong. Instead of adding 2 lines, she opened 2 groups. Later the manager blamed that was “system glitch” and later only refunded partial payments. Also, Mia ordered unusable SIM card, the 2SIM cards that I received, one of it was not usable. The phone constantly showing SOS. Later we have a male representative (spike hair) helped me replace the SIM card. He said something was incorrect but did not tell us what was incorrect. Then later my mom’s phone is not able to connect 5G and always shows LTE. And I went to the store again. There is a Fat white female who is not happy about me asking about service quality. She said my mom’s iPhone antenna might be broken and replacing SIM card could be fraud and refused to replace SIM card. I have to go Bellevue Square mall store to get it replaced. Then the next month when I saw my bill. I was shocked. I was paying 75 for one line. And the new bill shown 466 dollars. I went to the store again for an answer. The fat white female customer representative was laughing and talking with her colleague when checking my account. After realizing they are at fault setting up my account. Read moreWent in initially to get help adding a line to my plan, and got a new phone. The initial guy who helped me (don’t remember his name) (was Philippino) he was literally the nicest guy ever. He was so helpful, respectful- legit amazing. He truly needs to be recognized for his great customer service. I went back to that store verses the store by my home because I was blown away but their quality of customer service. Two days later, I needed help with my phone and only had a couple of questions. An Asian guy with spiky hair “helped me” after I was standing there for quite a while. He asked what I needed help with and I told him, with the understanding that he was trying to help another customer at the same time. When he asked what I needed, I voiced my concerns regarding an issue I had and he completely ignored me. No response whatsoever... I stood there a while longer. Still being ignored, he stopped talking to me and didn’t even have the audacity to let me know how long the wait would be. I asked how long it would be to get help since I just awkwardly stood there. It was evident that my time was not valuable, nor did he show any respect or concern whatsoever regarding my needs. Coming from someone who used to manage, it is important to take into consideration a customer’s time, and be open and transparent with them. It was palpable and I felt a strong urge to leave.
Not being one to allow myself to judge a somniferous employee by their disconsolate visage I went up and began a dialogue.
He literally paused for 7 seconds as if shocked that I spoke to him.
When I asked him about their phones he didn't know and pointed to the displays. When I asked about the expensive phones that aren't on display he said he didn't "think we carry those" and pointed me to the display.
When I asked about their current $700.00 off special he said it was only for iphones and pointed to the display.
I was confused because I spent 98 seconds on the AT&T website prior to entering the store and knew that every single one of those comments was false.
Additionally, each word that fell from his mouth came out as if little mouth gremlins where inside wrestling the words painfully into the world and ejecting them into my ears with some sort of intangible resentment.
