I love pho I don’t take pleasure in giving critical reviews but in the spirit of continuous improvement and help my fellow google travellers here it goes: We found the food at this place below average compared to other Vietnamese restaurants we went before. Coming from Toronto Canada, we had tons of good pho places north the boarder. A few areas to mention are: 1) rice noodles used in the pho were not as fresh, especially when they were all bundled up like the picture. The taste was a bit bristle (more like chips than noodles if that makes sense). 2) grilled pork slices used in the vermicelli bowl were way over cooked and almost burned (see picture). Given there wasn’t another Vietnamese restaurant nearby, the lack of competition perhaps is the reason why this place continues to operate. But I hope the management could improve the quality of ingredients going forward. I may opt for the Chipotle nearby next time I am around.

Overall: all the food is delicious and the portions are HUGE! We tried the food here for first time today and it was all 5/5. First off, chicken potstickers came so fresh I had to be careful not to turn my tongue. The taste was good as well as it had a nice crispy ness. For our pho we ordered the C. Beef brisket well done . It came with so much meat! The only other pho place I have tried is Pho Vina in Woodinville and they gave me maybe 3 sad pieces of meat. This pho had so much meat I kept finding more I had to eat before getting to my noodles. The broth was good and all the veggies were fresh. Also the pho we ordered was size small but still looked so large. My husband really enjoyed his fried rice and my chicken Saigon noodles were also great. I had to stop myself from finishing everything or I would’ve felt sick afterwards. Now we have some yummy leftovers for tomorrow.

I have been eating here since I was a kid back in 2005. The place changed a lot throughout the decade, multiple revisions. As a kid, pho was pho, now, I critique every bowl I eat, pho is good, not great. 100% artificially flavored. Definitely edible, it was sweet and yummy, but genuine ox tail flavor is what would be the bomb. The layout is so gentrified. It’s too simple, lacks tradition, trying to make minimalism the new norm. I loved the layout back in 2015. The new layout attracts your typical rich Bellevue spoiled kids on their daddy and mommy’s money type of customers. 99% won’t come back, just not my place. Would to-go a bowl tho. Overall, it’s ok. Could be better

I've been going to this pho place since I was a kid and I have to say that throughout the many years I've gone here, there has been nothing but great customer service and food! When you first walk in, the place is consistently clean and is very roomy, not cramped or suffocating. When seated, they aren't rushing you and give you the time to look through the menu before deciding. Every time I come here, there's never been a time where the pho tasted oily, greasy or "messy" and you can ACTUALLY enjoy the soup without tasting all the oil! You will be satisfied with what you order and the amount of noodles you get in your bowl is just right, alongside with a handful of meat. The spring rolls are an excellent appetizer when starting out and taste very fresh.

In the end, you don't wait long after you ordered your food. The time range I've waited for my food is between 5-10 minutes, so in a blink of an eye, your food is ready! Will always come back here and...
