Northwind Apartments — Local services in Bellflower

Hardwood floors, good appliances, fantastic maintenance. Parking is a hassle, but that can’t really be helped unless they purchase property around them. Every other amc property has amenities except for this one, but they are very quick to repair the laundry facilities and any issues you may have with your apartment. The only hitch is that there are a few bugs. But, If you have your apartment regularly sprayed (provided for free), it becomes a rarity that you ever see one.

It has much improved in both appearance and management in the four years we have lived here. We already have plans to stay for at least another 2 years.

I only wish there was a dog park or maybe a drop off zone parking spot in the front. Having green lawn on both sides of the apartments would be a dream. But the price is good, management is very fair, and maintenance are top notch. I believe that if we ever moved and rented again that it would only be to a larger apartment in the same facility.

They added grass to our side of the complex as well. Our dogs are very happy and so are we. It’s nice to have the option to take them out without having to exit the gate. If I had any complaints now it would be that the bugs are still an issue. Otherwise, still happy with...

There is two buildings and I lived almost 5 years at the one on 16312 eucalyptus av. I enjoyed my stay there. First, I liked the location. Many things are walking distance. You have two supermarkets right there, few restaurants, bars and a cool pedestrian path that take you all around even to the river if you are willing to walk a little or bike…Which I enjoyed during Covid time. Second, the staff.I really want to give a 5 stars to those guys who made sure everything was clean, working properly every day. They’re nice, polite, respectful and available when you need them. So guys, sincerely THANK you! Finally, and to me it was very important, each time I needed something to get fixed, i summit the request online and voila! The next hours or day, someone was at my apartment to take care of it. As nothing is perfect, my “issues” and that was no one’s fault, some neighbors could be loud at time and the street parking sucks when you have guess. Many red zones that doesn’t...

If this could be negative one star it absolutely would be. Moving into this complex will be your biggest nightmare. Management is not responsive, not organized, pays no attention to detail and overall a pain to work with in our experience. In the first month of move in we had all of our appliances break and need repair. Every single appliance. To top it off we ended up moving out on month two after coming home to our living room ceiling leaking water and flooding our entire living room. We made a total of 4 request to have this problem fixed before finally breaking our lease because the problem never got fixed. The worst part is it was our upstairs neighbors toilet water. It ruined our furniture and all faith we had with the competence of this company. They can’t eben get he address to mail our deposit back right.
