This train store is the best around, all employees are really nice. If you ask them a question they answer it unlike arnies where there just want your money. Isaiah is awesome when it comes to dcc installation and lights much better than kevin at arnies, I would not take any trains for repair to arnies. There clueless and not helpful. All of my dcc installs have been awesome from Isaiah and is very knowledgeable in dcc. I think he is best around in United States Keep up the awesome work Isaiah. Jeff the owner is awesome individual and goes the extra mile for you and is very knowledgeable when it comes to trains.he makes me feel comfortable in his store. He wife Leticia is very nice and makes feel like I am family member and easy to talk with. Dave is great and easy to talk with and if he does not know the answer he will tell you and get back to you with answer. Arnies needs to spend a day at railmaster as they Have no clue in what customer service is. My money will be spent at railmaster Keep up the awesome customer service and great work . Your much much much better than arnies.ever will...

Fabulous model train shop. So happy I found this place. Customer service really top notch. Me and my son are new to the world of model trains, and from the moment I walked into RailMaster Hobbies I felt good energy and and welcoming vibes. Jeff Smith was kind and answered all my questions. He was also very kind to my son. Being a mom of a very loud kid on the spectrum I often experience bad cusromer serivce, it was so refreshing to recieve such kindness and patience from the staff and customers. This shop has a great selection, prices great, cheaper than the train store in Westminster and Burbank also Jeff has info on model train clubs available in the front of his store.....and paired with the awesome customer service you get here, just the best model train shop around. Railmasters hobbies feels definitely like a store you can take a walk through time. I go there for almost anything. RailMasters doesn't get all of the major trains such as heritage units of special interest units in stock but they definitely they get the job done. From repairs to shopping this is perfect. I mainly go for HO scale trains because a lot of my layout displays Amtrak and they tend to have it in stock. The customer service is ok… not the best not the worst but its reasonable. The prices for a lot of HO Scale trains is amazing I was blown away that I can get a Amtrak Horizon car for 30 dollars INCLUDING THAT, I was able to purchase a Amtrak F59PHI for 30 dollars as well its a perfect discount store for some Ho Scale trains. Sitting in Bellflower off the 91 freeway it's a reasonable drive. I'll definitely be returning to the store if I need things...
