Review from a man. Today I visited their second location. I quickly browsed over the homewares. Didnt see anything i wanted to take back to the van except a small wire basket i didn't buy. Lots of comments on the baby i had with me. Most the time i waited outside for my friend to get something, so i was able to walk around the outside and see that it was very clean grounds. It was an extremely busy parking lot, with a new car coming in every minute or two. Not a whole lot of parking but they were able to find a spot and people left so they didn't spend a whole lot of time in there generally. I saw a few guys come and drop things off, so despite my assumption that you had to be a girl to come here was inaccurate. I thought I saw a guy bringing something back out that they wouldn't take a karaoke machine. I see a lot of comments on people being upset about their balances and from what I can see from those reviews people need to understand what's being accepted and probably best that they do that before they leave the store to save trips and time. I'm not sure how fast they will go through four bags of clothes, but I assume there is a way to get the stuff back that they don't accept the following day. I believe all sales are final accept watches in both stores as it is a consignment store and if they gave returns then it would disrupt the consignment cycle. My babymama got a dress for 5.99 and was very happy with it, some shorts a sweater and a sign for 20$. We recommend trying...

This business is dishonest. Brought in two large garbage bags of clothes. All name brand items with multiple piece that still had the tags on them. Many items were kept, as witnessed, and all others were given the ok to donate. Now three months later I’m being told only two items were kept on the account. One associate told me that multiple cash outs had been paid during then and now. However, no cash out was ever requested by myself. The only explanation would be that my money was given to another customer. A request was made to have a manager return my call to discuss this discrepancy. Although, I never received a call with an explanation. I had to go in a week later to speak with someone. In the end I’m being told that what I witnessed it incorrect. Never again will I utilize this store and their service. As I now feel that my stuff was stolen. Nor will I suggest it to...

NO, Interested Consignors should NOT waste their time Organizing, Transporting, and Waiting in line only to have their items rejected. The company only accepts a few items from a consignor at a time. Granted it is their company and they should be proficient in their selection process, however when you over-look high end, up-to-date items, it causes undue stress in your potential consignors. I patiently tried to go through the processes but had to stop their random selection of the many items I took concern for in bringing to the consignment shop, and once they rejected a Neiman Marcus Leather Jacket, ALL DEALS WERE OFF. I hated that I wasted my time trying this out....
