WORST SHOPPING EXP. IN 54 YEARS OF LIFE drove from lynden to bellingham to purchase adhesive after finding store on internet. parked in front of door and went in. one clerk and one customer . walked over to rack of glue that was 1/2 behind the end of counter clerk was standing behind and there were some bottles on shelf. thought id shop until my turn. clerk calls out what do you want . no hello, smile nothing, "were out and you're not allowed behind counter technically" he said . I was standing more or less at the end of the counter rather than behind but i moved directly in front and walked towards the two men. asked if he was with a customer or visiting with friend or was he going serve two people at the same time? he replied " I COULD ASK YOU TO LEAVE" unfortunately my reaction was to say I COULD tell u to f-off. (which i regret) i asked him why he was acting this way and was there a manager. no response. treated my son and I like we were thieves. had to request info 3 times for manager before compliance when he gave me a card. told him very unprofessional and asked again why he acted so. no response. Never been so disrespected in my life. I own a tile and marble company for 35 years and have had 125 employees over that time. would fire such an individual. have not talked to manager yet but will and will report after what happened. felt very challenged and uncomfortable to even look around as i also wanted to purchase a plastic car model to build with my 5 year old grandson . ( was not with me ) my 23 year old son was with me and I had to make him hush as he was getting angry at the the disrespect. Only thing i can think of is our family had the flu and i had not shaved or been out of house for 3 days . irrelevant but I cant think of anything else other than he is a GAURD CLERK SHOOING AWAY CUSTOMERS. I stated that he did not know what i wanted so how did he know they were out? no response. first time i had visited store and last if this clerk remains . was sunday 1/30/17 at 4 pm. ...
Read moreMy first experience was not stellar. I asked for an RC plane for my 6yo daughter, accompanying me, and said it needed to be "slow, suitable for a beginner (showed him the 6yo), and able to take a bump: You know: something that won't break the first time it hits the ground."
I purchased a Horizon HBZ4400 Cub S kit on the salesman's recommendation (it had been HIS first RC plane). Two minutes into the maiden flight, I nosed into the ground, breaking the plane. Inspection revealed the foam fuselage in the area of the motor mount and nose is very light (see the pic.) Although the RC receiver offers beginner flight modes, the plane itself cannot withstand the most common beginner experience: the forward crash.
I returned to the store to seek remedy. There was to be no refund: Once flown, planes cannot be returned. The salesman offered a replacement fuselage at cost....

Battery lasted three or four uses than dead take it in for a return and manager refused to exchange or warranty. I also bought a high end drone the best they had. Employee convinced us to buy a smaller drone to learn to fly and again extra batteries. The little drone wouldn't fly total trash again refused to exchange or replace. Stated it not his problem... Don't waste your time here to somewhere they stand behind the products they sell.. Ridiculous... Out close to 200$ from there recommendations on...
