We had the pleasure with working with Lisa During the early Phases of us looking for a home a year prior from when we were ready to purchase and were just curious on homes and the current market. Even though we were not entirely ready at the time, She gave us all the info us first time buyers needed and had told us what to look for throughout the next year when we'd be ready. A year later, with perfect timing she had reached out to us and remembered our goals for this year and continued to work with us as we got to our phase of looking for homes and getting ready to purchase. We really appreciated her remembering us and remembering the details of what we were looking for, and when we would be ready a year later. Working with her the beginning of this year has been a blessing. Being first time buyers and buyers out of state, we expected this to be a complicated process, but with Lisa's help, it couldn't have been any better than the help and guidance she offered. Lisa genuinely looked out for us, considered our interest in our desired home, made herself available for chats and talks over the phone, and showed us many homes via video call giving us a nice home showing for houses we couldn't see in person. We appreciated her input on what available helping us to avoid potential problems we would face in the later future, and helping us narrow down to what is the perfect option for us. With everything Lisa had offered, it helped us find the perfect house. Lisa had made it known and showed that her goal is to help her clients find what's right and perfect, which she couldn't have done with us anymore perfectly. We highly appreciate her welcoming and Ernest demeanor in regards to buying a home and her overall friendliness that makes you feel like you are working with an actual friend looking out for your interest rather than a simple business dealing. We highly appreciate and thank Lisa for all of her help and highly recommend her to anyone...

My wife and I were searching for a home in Bellingham, WA, while living two states away in California—a daunting task made seamless thanks to Lisa’s expertise and dedication. We traveled up to meet her once, and during that week, she showed us multiple homes, took the time to understand our style and needs, and genuinely listened. Her patience, warmth, and communicative nature stood out immediately.
What really sets Lisa apart is her unique background in restoring and working on older homes. Her deep knowledge of the area and construction gave her an edge, helping us make informed decisions throughout the process. Even when we felt tempted to rush into a purchase, Lisa offered a balanced perspective, pointing out hidden repair costs and helping us see the bigger picture.
Over several months, we worked together via Zoom, texts, and emails. Lisa always went above and beyond to stay available and keep us informed. I’m convinced her strong communication skills and warmth played a significant role in helping us secure the perfect home at a great deal—one we might have missed out on without her.
Lisa also introduced us to a network of trustworthy professionals, from brokers to home inspectors, who further reinforced the seamless experience. Her connections and reputation in the industry were invaluable.
Beyond her professionalism, Lisa’s genuine care and transparency made us feel completely at ease. Over time, we bonded with her and came to trust her completely. This winter, we found our dream home in Bellingham, and the entire process went smoothly, thanks to Lisa.
We wholeheartedly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for not just a realtor, but a true advocate and partner in their...
Read moreI reached out to Lisa years ago. YEARS FOLKS. This woman stayed in contact with me, and not the “Hey girl!” Type of message ya dig? I only heard from her maybe every idk, 4? 6? 9? Months?! And it was a I hope all is well, I’m checking in to see how you are, if I can help etc. she is kind, caring, follows through, and honestly loves what she does. She’ll see this-but my family has owned a real estate business in PA for a few generations. I had my license for a bit but it is a TOUGH job. And soooooooo different every year. My mom is an amazing real estate agent. I KNOW, both in my genetic makeup and because I grew up in the office and then worked alongside them, what an amazing realtor is. I know when they’re only chasing you down to get paid. Yes, this is Lisa’s job; she SHOULD get paid for her time. She’s an amazing professional. Knowledgeable, stays in touch but isn’t a weirdo hey girl, works her fourth point of contact off, is smart, honest, kind, equitable, and personable. I had so much fun trying to find a home on such a short amount of time. But man. You don’t find many Lisa’s. If you were on the East Coast I’d tell you you don’t find many Becky’s (my mom). Lisa is the west coast Becky. Go with her if you don’t want house hunting to be a slog and still want someone who is one of the GOAT’s at their job.
