If you are looking for a bar that looks like somewhere the Winchester brothers may have stopped, this is your place. The visuals are delightful, and the general atmosphere is a relaxed place to get a cold beer and relax with your friends. The taps have a nice selection of non-hoppy beers for those who don't love the Bellingham hop obsession, plus a handful for the hop heads. A mix of cans is available, and they do have the supplies to whip up a cocktail or two if you are patient enough to wait.

The Cabin Tavern is an old school bar in Bellingham. This place has been a staple downtown for decades. It went from a Tavern to a full bar some time ago, with great burgers and fries. Front and back covered patios, lots of seating, and super friendly staff. I went back for the first time in 25+ years, and it was just as fabulous. A nice mixture of all walks of life, not your local college bar, but a great local bar for the old school Bellingham folks. Thanks for still be a staple of Bellingham.

We went to the Cabin Tavern to try their smash burgers. I was STARVING. I was thrilled to see their prices. We got the deluxe cheeseburger and fries. The burger was good, but not that big. The fries were just ok. There is no table service so you have to go to the bar to order or get refills. The bar is cute, inexpensive, dark, and feels like a bit of Bellingham history. I recommend going but order two burgers if you’re really hungry.

The old Cabin Tavern was a fun dive bar that hosted local music on Friday & Saturday nights and entertaining barflies everyday. The new Cabin is so much better!

The new Cabin Tavern isnt a dive bar, but it isn't pretentious like a lot of 'chill' bars. It's my favorite place to take a date or have a beer with friends, because it is quiet enough to hear people across the table, they always have interesting background music, they have good food a few nights a week, and they have outdoor seating in front of the bar on Holly St. and another area behind the building with heat lamps and a fire pit. They have a well curated selection of draft beers and always feature local breweries like Chuckanut Brewery...

This is an old style American tavern located on the west edge of downtown Bellingham in the Old Town district. The inside decor reflects the PNW, with dark wood and various old logos of area beers on the walls. Booths each have portraits of 20th century country and R&B giants. They offer a wide range of beers and well drinks, and compared to many other taverns and taproom, the prices are inexpensive, even outside happy hour. There are pretzel sticks and spicy Chex mix, plus some burgers and fries that are of the type you'd get at places such as Dick's in Seattle. The overall atmosphere, combined with the low cost, make this a good hangout on any night you want to decompress from the world...

Cabin is probably one of my favorite bars in downtown Bellingham. The atmosphere of the interior is what you'd expect from a bar themed like a cabin. Theres an outdoor patio in the back with a fire pit in the middle Of the space. The drinks aren't over priced, the drink specials are reasonable, and the staff and owner are very friendly. For example, recently, a mistake was made on my card causing a drink to be unreasonably expensive and I messaged the Cabin on their Facebook page. The owner got back to me within two hours and refunded my order, while maintaining an amazing customer service attitude. That's how customer service should be and I'm very...
