Structures old town on holly is my weekly/weekend go to. I love a good local beer. I’m very picky/particular when it comes to beer or anything that I put into my body if I don’t like something 1. I won’t drink it , 2. I won’t return. Structures quality amazes me. I have my favorites, which are Pilsners, their old evil is the best pilsner I’ve ever tasted locally and anything ever imported. Their edel Pilsner is just as good, if they don’t have those 2 on tap it’s ok because they have other great pilsners that satisfy equally. surprisingly I know.. my partner drinks ipas and hazy and also feels structures is also their favorite brewery. That says a lot. We have come to know the tenders and today when we went Jeffery came to our table and already had my old evil beer in tote. Brought a smile to my face , the care and consideration made me feel welcome and cared for. If i rate all local breweries structures is #1. I also like their kale salad, burger and homemade chips. Maybe someday their food menu can increase. Now it’s simple so thats why the quality is on point. .. just add fries and maybe a few other food items . Just a thought.. love you so much structures.. ❤️ who ever is the brewer is a mad...

Let me ask you, do you want the best in the West Coast? Do you want Chuckanut disciple lager styles? Stop in here for the atmo and super crazy, nasty, often crushable beers! AWESOME X 10. not joking...

Structures Brewing is the best brewer between Holy Mountain and the north pole! They absolutely own the IPA style. They have worn their hole-in-the-wall status extremely well, and have expanded to the old Chuckanut location and broke out a restaurant. Come late Sept. thru October for special fresh hop IPAs. Plan for early December anniversary metal concerts. Rock on with the best 💚

Step into Bellingham's Valhalla! Rocked before, and every time; Juice on Juice DIPA is actually crushable!

Just popped in for Gold Fuzz (7.2% Strata hops and Nectarin!), annual Loam Temple IPA seasonal 6.8%, and Czech Dark Lager (6.3%)!

5☆ the lot, but the Crushable Crush award goes to Gold Fuzz. But that was then, now what we've got is Mosaic Teal Fuzz, which is swank. Looking forward to the new Holly St location with kitchen being announced soon...

Stopped in last Sunday on our Beercation. Arrived late morning so there were several people on the patio but we had the tap room to ourselves as friendly Lindsey guided us through the tap list. Lindsay was also very helpful when I pulled out my local breweries list and asked her thoughts on any of them? She started pointing around at how close a few were and we could see Bellingham Cider from our seats. Unfortunately we were hitting several breweries after our visit so I ordered a delicious Czech Dark Lager instead of the delicious sounding 8.5% No Sleep Lindsey raved about. Beautiful tap room, garage doors open and great views! Free street parking was close and easy. When discussing my brewery list w Lindsay she said their other location was the original and it's where the brewing is done. Thanks Structures for a delicious beer and thanks Lindsey for the friendly banter and useful...

Their beer is amazing and more European as is my preference. Will update after I have an ice cream sandwich! In the interim, it is beautifully child free here this evening, although I do see, they have a kid friendly option on the menu. Anyway, I'm not listening to screaming toddlers here tonight anymore, and that's a fabulous plus in my book, and the bartender is wonderful out here at the bar! And they have very lovely outdoor seating, which is a huge plus. They do seem to be dog friendly as I've seen a couple of dogs around, and I love that too! I would definitely come back here and at least enjoy a beer or two, even though I can't speak to the food. But I am glad that they have food. Because for me, that's a must in a brewery, or any kind of bar OK edit to say its not an ice cream sandwich, its apparently 2 cookies filled with icing I think? Anyway, I got the key lime pie and it is superb!
