Affordable products and very pleasant to do business with. Edited 14 months later! This is one of the worst companies I've ever done business with. When I first came to this store to get furniture the general manager at that time accused me of stealing from a previous company that was there before then.. but had not one piece of evidence that I had ever gotten anything. Then proceeded to tell me that they will prosecute if I didn't pay them. I asked her for all the info she had and she wasn't able to provide anything they had my SSN but a different name and address, but that's another story. They have had2 other general managers there within this 14 months. One that could not seem to understand my payments and started charging me more than what I originally agreed in the contract. He's now gone next manger that came through and told me he would help me find what I was looking for. Long story short I asked for a pillow top mattress he has me a Euro top and told me it was pillow top. I asked for a table and he sent me pictures saying that he was going to order it, found out he never placed an order for the table. Some how tampered with my account's and have it written that I got my couches in December of last year when I received them January of last year so they are trying to pend more charges against me when my couches were written up on a deal for 12 months it's been 14 months and I'm still paying for them. They now have a new manger by the name of Steven and I told him about all of this he doesn't know how to help me obviously because he was supposed to call me back last week and never did, but they keep calling for payments. I told them what kind of mattress I'm looking for. You can't give me what you want to give me and expect me to be a satisfied costumer. I have the right to purchase what it is I want and not what they choose to give me. No one has been of any help there at all! All they are concerned about is getting payments and reporting them to whoever they have to report to. Leaving the costumer feeling bamboozled, cheated. Hopefully I can find representation from a source that can help me this. A lot of money I've paid and they've taken from me in a careless manner by this place. So what can I say they deserve more than 5 Stars! Sam was amazing it was not pushy in fact he was helpful more helpful than any rent to own place I've ever been to and as far as Darrell, you can't help but they can really he is full smiles full of welcoming candor and if you have an idea of what you want in your home he will go above and beyond to find what you're looking for and he absolutely did that he called around to other stores found the sofa with ottoman I have been looking for and I'm excited to say that it's in my house now. If I ever go anywhere to rent to own it is definitely going to be Buddy's Bellmead. Please don't compare them to any other ordinary rent to own they will provide you with the best deal they can and they did for me they will provide you with the best customer service as they did me they're not your run of the mill everyday rent...

I wish I could leave this establishment 0 stars. I won’t be suprised if they are out of business soon. (Bellmead Tx) Jordan will be one of the biggest factors on that close. Very disrespectfully texting disrespectful messages after being two days late is absurd. Told him I just came back from my grandmothers funeral and the disrespect still continued. I decided at that moment I’d never do business with them again.
