My daughter had money saved up and wanted to go shopping at this location. She was short cash for her purchases so I assisted and helped her out by using Apple Pay on my device. The transaction went thru with the clerk who was a young lady, whose named started with the letter N. We both agreed that it did indeed went through. Nevertheless, the Manager Ricky comes up behind her and insisted the transaction never went through…. b/c he was the manager; I gave him the benefit of the doubt….and followed orders. Ricky said I needed to use another form of payment, which I did. He insisted that the transaction would clear on my end within 5 days but I knew to lookout after 14…. After 30 days I went into the store but due to holidays they were closing on some days earlier than the shopping center closing times. We (lol) purchased a t-shirt dress and sneakers. This transaction was on 11/19/23 in the evening. Well it’s 1/10/24 and still no refund, I contacted my bank, Apple customer care and spoke with Ricky today, with him stating there is nothing he can do on his end, yet the 3rd parties are telling me to contact the merchant. No complaints on the in store sales experience on that day. Im frustrated by the way my issue felt as though it was being brushed off with no accountability from management. I’ve gone in this store twice, each time someone has treated me less than nice. The first time I wanted to look at a pair of boots, the associate told me they didn’t carry big sizes, I’m a 9. The second time, I selected the bag I wanted but kept looking to pass the time while the associates were busy, I couldn’t get any help until I went to look at another bag when the associate came to tell me the cost of the bag only. She didn’t ask was I finding everything ok, she didn’t ask if I needed help, she didn’t ask if I wanted to see the bag, only the price. When I told her the bag I actually wanted she said “You know it doesn’t come with the strap?” I explained I didn’t know but please add the strap. While she’s ringing me up I ask for a box or dust bag, she says they don’t have those. I asked if I ordered online would it come that way, she stated I couldn’t order online because it was an outlet store. I left. I’d rather spend my money on...
