We just relocated to the area and I was looking for that girl to be my blonde highlight specialist. The stylist did a good job on my color and cut overall, it’s when I go to check out, the total was WAY more than I expected! The online prices didn’t reflect the total I was given. In fact, I was also being charged for a hair mask that I never knew I even got! A mask was not mentioned at ANY point during my appointment so imagine my surprise when I received a $30 up charge for the service. In the future, it’s probably best to mention what you’re doing to a client’s hair, like a mask that’ll cost extra, so the paying client can make the decision and not sneaking it in on them at the last minute. I asked for the charge to be removed from my bill and almost didn’t leave a tip because of the shady move on her part. I decided against that but I won’t go back nor recommend this place. I’ve worked the spa business for over 17 years and have owned my own business, I know better, this “prestigious”...

I’m extremely disappointed with this salon. I booked an appointment for my mom on her birthday, only for them to tell her the appointment was a mistake when she arrived. They refused to do anything to fix it, never called to apologize, and didn’t offer to reschedule. She ended up having to do her own hair on her birthday.

Despite that, I decided to give them another chance and booked another appointment for her well in advance for today (March 26). When she arrived, the stylist made it clear she didn’t want to do her hair, wasting her time with excuses instead of providing the service she was scheduled for. She finally left and had to do her hair at home—again.

My mom works third shift and hadn’t slept, but she was excited to treat herself and look good. Instead, she was met with unprofessionalism and zero consideration for her time. I won’t be booking with this salon again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for...

I called ahead of time and asked how much low lights and high lights and cut would be she said about $170. So I booked an apt with Jennifer. After she was done with my hair I expressed my confirn with the color and she told me it was beautiful. It was nothing like the picture I showed her. My man thing I asked for was definition.
