It’s really disappointing because this store has really cute clothes for really good prices but because their customer service is so bad it makes it hard to want to go and shop there. Their employees are not personable or professional they don’t greet you or make a good first impression when you walk in to the store. You have to ask for help otherwise they just sit there on their phones and don’t pay you any attention. For example today we went into the store and I had a arm full of clothes and there were two employees and not either one of them ask me if I needed help or if they could start me a dressing room. Instead I had to ask if I could put the clothes in a dressing room so I could continue shopping. Then while trying on clothes neither ask me how it was going or if I needed a different size. Then when I was done trying on they didn’t speak to me or tell me what to do with the clothes. Once I left no one said bye, have a nice day or hope to see you again. This boutique has very cute, mostly affordable clothing. When I come here I can almost always find what I'm looking for. My ONLY complaint is the hospitality. The first time my mom and I came here, we almost decided to not even come back. We were never once greeted, asked if anyone could help us, nothing. No one even talked to us.
