Dana is a conniving, deceitful business owner. If you use her services, I hope everything goes exactly according to plan or else Dana will wiggle her way out of doing the right thing by using vague language she prints out on a receipt. Like many other couples, we had our wedding completely destroyed because of covid. We had to drastically downsize our wedding and move to a much smaller venue. We informed Dana six months in advance of the situation and she completely fabricated a story telling us she spent our deposit of over 800 dollars on supplies and because we were changing the order, that money belongs to her and we are responsible for the other half of the existing bill. When my wife and I asked for the supplies she spent the money on, she lied and said she couldn't get them, they were in storage. Dana proceeded to keep our deposit and make us pay the remaining balance in order to get a much smaller order. Through no fault of our own, the happiest time in our life was ruined and Dana had an opportunity to help ease that pain just a little bit, but instead chose to line her own pockets. Terrible...
