Been going here the last 3-4 months no problems untill this last meat box i got i did not know there was an actual problem till about 3 weeks after i got the meat box at that point i called them and let them know my problem and they asked me to bring a few things back in so i did and they IMMEDIATELY got me replacements thought it was good untill i thawed 1 pound of hamburger meat that was one of the replaced ones IT IS FREAKING BAD!!! i go to my freezer and take out ALL the hamburger that i had just gotten replaced and out of the 6 pounds 3 were bad in addtion to the 1 i had thawed!!!!!! So freaking bad to package a sell BAD hamburger meat!!! 0 issue with any other meat from there but after 8 pounds of bad hamburger meat out of 14 total im NOT going bad just because if they can sell people bad meat who is to say their standards for all the rest will not fall as well ill pay more at the grocery store again and see dor myself before i thaw it that...

We started coming here after we saw an ad for some items that were on sale but we've decided that the quality of meat from Pinnon is far and above the quality of grocery store meat. Gentlemen behind the counter were courteous and helpful. I asked which type of meat would be best suited for making jerky and they were kind enough to recommend a lean, thinly sliced steak. We walked out with a box containing 30 pounds of chicken, 4 lbs of bacon, 4 big Ole cowboy porkchops, the thinly sliced steak and a couple of other things. When the cashier totalled it all up, I expected I might have to take out a loan but their prices are very fair. My husband and I have been shopping here for a couple months now and we love it! We never buy meat at the grocery store anymore because there's truly no comparison. Pinnon Meats is much better quality and I honestly feel like we spend about the same as we would at a regular grocery store, which surprised us both because we always thought butcher shops were for rich people.
