ALDI — Local services in Beloit

Omgosh. You remodeled the store! It's awful! Now you have LONG aisles and you can't see what's in the whole row from one end to the other. So you have to commit to walking the whole aisle until you find out it's not there. And the Aldi Finds are now just one long side of one long aisle. Products all moved around except for produce, frozen and refrigerated, obviously. Going to visit a different Aldi's today; hopefully they're the "old" layout or else my trips will be few and far between to any Aldi's. Get my bags of salad and walk out. You won't miss me anyway.

One nice fellow at this Beloit store. Very polite and respectful. Seems he likes his customers and is quite helpful too. Will chit chat with the shoppers; probably isn't supposed to but it's welcomed. Don't know names - no name tags. Rest of workers there seem to just dial it in, like they really don't want to be there, including the manager, and they make it known. Not sure if representative of only this store or the whole company.

Edit: At least for today, the Delavan store still has the shorter aisles and nothing rearranged or moved around. YEAAAAA!!!! I guess they will get my business (closer to my job) than the Beloit store (closer to home). Too...

I just left this Aldi store here Beloit. This was my 2nd & last time i will ever walk into that store. Not just 1 employee but every single one in that store has to be the rudest bunch of employees I have ever encountered. Let me tell you I travel all over the US working so I encounter a lot of people. Even stating that your not from the area nor have you been in these stores before, asking a basic question on how things work seems to be a huge deal. Even as walk away I hear the cashier laughing and saying rude things about me with next customer. Truly the poorest excuse for human and a employee. All I asked was how does it work with the buggy’s cause she so rudely told me to get my stuff. Wow and she wasn’t even the same cashier as the time before. Not only the cashier but any employee you go to ask a question and they act like it’s such a inconvenience to them. Like I said I Will NEVER be Back to this store. Top it all off don’t buy any produce there or make sure it’s something your going to right then....

I typically enjoy going to Aldi. It’s a good store here in Beloit outside of the food going bad quickly.

I was there a few days ago 05/19/25 I had a bad encounter with a worker. I didn’t realize that the carts they had out weren’t for customers to touch. But I wouldn’t know that. As I was grabbing something off of a ( unwatched cart ) a lady came from out of the back. I had to have been sitting there for 5 minutes just looking around in that section. She started with “ those aren’t for you to touch , everything that is on this cart will be in the cold section. I agreed and said I was sorry. She follows with “ mhm sorry right “

I didn’t expect this type of customer service from someone working...
