CEFCO Convenience Store — Local services in Belton

I never buy tickets but because mega millions was high I figured let me give it a try. I asked the lady to give me at least $200 worth of quick picks for Mega. I noticed when the draw came they were power balls. I called the store & talked to Alida who kept denying that I didn’t buy the tickets there but I asked for her retailer number which matches my tickets and she was denying for a good ten minutes with a horrible attitude and I practically begged her to look closely in the transaction history. She finally found my transactions and said that she showed the tickets to me???? Another lie - I will never come back to this store again! Maybe that was just a good sign for me & yes I learned a good lesson for future references (if I ever buy again look at tickets closely). But it you happen buy tickets here look at them closely and don’t get fooled by this place or that rude...

My credit card got locked on the gas pump. I tried to get it out for about 15 minutes (nothing wrong with my credit card) I asked the sole cashier to help me, he said you have to force it out when it does that.. He said he couldn’t help me because he couldn’t leave the store, it was his priority. 20 minutes later, a guy pulled up for gas and I asked him if he had pliers. He did, on his key ring and was able to pull it out. I won’t be going there again.

Reply: If you read my review again, this has nothing to do with a hold on my card. My card was STUCK in your gas pump and I could not get it out until a man came along with pliers. Apparently this is something that has happened before because the unhelpful cashier knew exactly what I was...

Favorite Cefco in Belton.. particularly the staff... Specifically B, the dude who I believe usually works nights is a great help. He's always in good spirits.. Even though he's always doing something when I come in (stocking, organzing, etc) he automatically stops whatever it is to assist and actually takes time to review and price products and answer any and all questions to the best of his ability. Definitely management material!...
