Starbucks — Restaurant in Belton

New location to belton. I'd be much more excited but so far 2 times at this location and the service has been quite bad.

The first time the staff had things labeled quite wrong. For a new location once can forget these small things. During this last drive through visit, we ordered 2 crafted drinks and 2 pastries. It was apparent that the barista made the wrong drink and rather than do the correct one, they asked if it was okay we took the incorrect order. We kindly declined and asked for the drink that was ordered. The person taking the order seemed a bit frustrated with what was a simple request, we waited and were given the right drink. I proceeded to ask for a straw for the Frappuccino, in which after the barista rudely slammed the window.

Overall the drink was okay. This location has potential due to its location but the staff needs improvement and better training. In particular the girl at the window...

I am super disappointed. I have never had a bad experience until today, but their matcha powder has changed and as a result it’s very chunky. So when I order my matcha I ask that it is double blended. I order a hot matcha and I in-store pick up. I walk in and am waiting when I hear two baristas talking about my order laughing and saying what does this mean? They must be confused. Then the young man says well I guess you get what you pay for. I spend too much money at SBX to be made fun of. Put the matcha in the blender, blend, and steam it. Not hard. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to this store. Hurt my feelings a bit.

According to Google Maps this location was supposed to be open and maybe it was because I saw a person go in, but I stopped by the drive-thru and here's what happened.

I stop at the intercom, wait, say hello, and nothing. I say hello again a bit later , wait, and then decided to go up to the window.

I thought, well, maybe it's malfunctioning (the intercom).

I drove up to the window and someone saw me. Nothing. Another person saw me. Nothing. I waited a bit until I finally just left.

If you were closed, you were closed, but say or put something up that you are if are. That wasn't the way...
