I was having trouble setting up my new iPhone 13 mini, and the 4 gentlemen working yesterday helped me get everything set up, and they did a wonderful job. I signed up for an online trade in promotion, and I received a physical SIM card from a T Mobile store in Fort Worth, but they were unable to activate it because of the online trade in option I did. I had to call Sprint to set that up, but then my information wouldnât transfer to my new phone. I decided to take it to my local T Mobile store here in Belton to see if they could help me, and they were absolutely amazing! All 4 employees were extremely friendly, personable, professional, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything taken care of for my new phone. They even put on my new phone case and screen protector which was a huge help, I was extremely grateful for that!! Getting everything setup took a little while simply because of the new Apple update, so they even gave me a T Mobile cooler since I had to wait a while. Adrian and Darwin were so helpful and professional, and I wasnât able to get the names of the other 2 employees, but all of them made sure I was well taken care of. I was able to get my phone completely set up, and they helped clear my old phone so I can mail it in. Thank...
Read moreDO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Staff was very unprofessional. Had 4 workers there mostly goofing around when we went in. One of the staff members even had 2 friends that were there hanging out with him. Salesman helping us (Conley) didn't seem to know what he was doing and promised us a certain trade in value. I made sure of this multiple times, he checked his promo sheet multiple times, and he reassured me of it but of course they don't give it to you in writing, said we would see it on the bill. I was nervous about it so checked with t-mobile through chat a few days later and turns out that we are actually getting HALF of the promised promo credit. Chat said to discuss with store manager for a resolution. Went back to store manager who was no help and said he couldn't do anything about it. Also looked through my documents from that day on the app, and the salesman had actually did a docusign signature in our name without showing us the documents, that's forgery. Definitely a sketchy place. Pretty sure they lied just to get the sale and commission. We are now returning the phones and switching to Verizon who has much more professional staff and better...
Read moreUnauthorized transactions on my T-Mobile account and they refuse to call me or remove the fraud accounts. Iâve asked multiple times from district manager to call and store manager. Itâs clear there are deceitful transactions management is ok with for the sake of commission and friendships. Not only that, but the professional integrity is disgraceful. The manager of this store went to the person committed the unauthorized transactions about my complaint because they are friends. Now, I should be treated and respected just like any other consumer because itâs my account and my money. I will be taking this further up since you all want to cover up whatâs really happening in the store and whatâs being done to unethically sell for commissions. My dispute was with the credit bureau. Tell me why others know about this? There are consumer protections for a reason and the manger of this store went to the person discussing my personal information. I would like HR info and the individual above the district manager since I left several messages...
