Rally House Belton — Local services in Belton

Been in KC for 12 yrs. This was my first time patronizing the store with family from out of town. Worst experience ever with trying to order a Jersey. They said the system was new. So no fault of theirs on that. But the system doesn’t show an order once placed. Wrong address and wrong size was input. Spent 40 mins waiting on “chat” IT help to get the address changed. Spent a couple hrs the next morning trying to call when I noticed the size was wrong. They give you the run around. And won’t respond with a customer service issue unless you “text” them. The store can’t help you. The actual customer service number can’t help you. Finally got a live person and she seemed to be able to help. However, there was no follow up or confirmation for the next 24hrs. 2 days later I get a shipping confirmation email, when I’ve spent 2 days asking them to cancel the order before it was shipped. Still waiting to hear some sort of correspondence. Spending $100 or more may be light to some people, but not us. Hopefully they move on from this current system and to something more customer and store...

This was the first time I had gone to any Rally House. Everyone was really nice, including other customers. The staff was really helpful. I went in to look at their Chiefs Super Bowl merchandise. They had tons of items from Super Bowl LVIII, plenty of items from Super Bowl LVIII, and regular merchandise for all of our local teams.

The isles are a little narrow because the store is slightly smaller than other Rally House stores I've seen, but that didn't seem to affect the great variety of merchandise. All in all, I had a great experience and will definitely be...

Update: they refunded 3 dollars. Eh… still feel like taking an item up 10-13 dollars is not great but at least I got back the difference on what I thought I was paying. 59.99 was a great price for this item, I never understand raising prices on items already in store.

Original post: Kind of hard to get assistance. Next my daughter looked at an XS sweatshirt for 69.99. She decided on the small and we didn’t notice that the price on the small was 72.99. Even worse, under the 72.99 was a price sticker for 59.99. I’m feeling a little taken...
