I've been falling/winter shopping at Kohl's, I must give Victoria a BIG shout out! What a SUPERSTAR⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ she was so HELPFUL in a embarrassing situation for me. In the checkout line with several people behind me , I couldn't use my card bc I didn't have a picture ID . Anxiety attack immediately 😱 I was just trying to figure out what to do....when I was offered a bottle of water, from her (Victoria ) She explained to me that I could go retrieve my ID .. My total was almost $700.00 !!!! Calmly I returned with ID, I used a store credit card discount & 30% coupon ...Grand total =less than $400.00 WOW!🙃 WOW!❤️ WOW!🙃 I saved a bundle , best part is I also received over 100.00 in Kohl's Cash!!!! We had not been to Belton in sometime. It sure has changed since the pandemic. Kohl's, Target and Lowe's shopping was stress free. We seen alot of cars outside but when we went in, it was like a ghost town. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The few people that were out, kept social distance and even wore their masks. I think Belton has done a great job, providing amenities, services, restaurants, and shops. Town center is one of the oldest in Belton. Not sure if it was eight or ten years ago, they performed an upgrade on all of the shops, updating it, finding new tenants, and overall improving the appearance of the venues.
