So we were seated in a booth as requested. No wait. We order water (i say with lemons) and ask what kind of blonde ale they offer (don't usually order draft but felt like having "a beer"). She offers a $4 shot of the month or a pitcher off bud light due to it being cheaper than perhaps something else.. apparently not familiar with anything other than common domestic beers. I see Firestone Walker, i order that as i know it's a light tasty beer. Our booth had a terrible draft of cold air. We asked Nevaeh if we could move to say "that booth" (we just pointed at one mind you), oh I'm sorry that's not my table - no biggie - however, she does not offer perhaps to suggest another booth (behind us) that was empty that didn't have the cold draft or any other seating of hers that didn't have that draft. At this time, I mentioned lemons again for our water, we order then sit and "chill" out until our food arrives. She then brings a TALL beer. She did not ask tall or short because I would not have ordered a tall beer and considering how much I don't order draft, I didn't think to mention short vs tall. This is the 3rd time I again ask for lemons for the water. Seems like we barely waited for our food.. cool; HOWEVER, if my picture of one cube of the chicken (from a classic chicken wrap) is attached to this review, you will see it is DRY DRY DRYYY. Fries were warm along with the Wrap as if they merely under heated elements, then chicken cut up to be put on wrap after almost being dehydrated. Do I want raw chicken? That's a rhetorical question.. but I also don't the want the Sahara desert in my mouth. Btw, we did get our lemons, however mine was more green tinted with some yellow and sure enough drank up - it was lime. Expectations are not high, but our waitress either doesn't like her job or does not like people in general, Orr could very well just been having a bad day. Cook on food is not on her but that goes on cooks or corporate. And everything we ordered seemed like she was either looking to upsell because corporate wants her to because it was clear she didn't have the people skills to be a waitress. Sorry. This buffalo wild wings has a 3.8 rating for a reason. Cannot say I'd care to...
Read moreWorst BWW we have ever been to. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. We went to eat dinner and then stay for the UFC fights. The hostesses were very rude and condescending and acted like it was a huge inconvenience that customers had even walked in the door. We were told when we walked in at 5:45pm that because we were staying to watch the fights we couldn't be seated until 6:00pm, despite the fact that we wanted to eat dinner now. We were then told we could wait in the bar area and order drinks. We went and sat down at a table in the bar and were rushed by hostess staff telling us we could not sit down at a table and could only sit at the bar stools to order a drink. This is in a virtually EMPTY bar, literally there were 2 other tables in the bar area with customers, yet they decided it was necessary to force people to crowd around the bar to order a drinks while waiting on their bizarre seating policy. The manager came over right after and attempted to explain their ridiculous policy - which was explained in a rude, unfriendly tone. This place clearly does not take good customer service seriously. We decided to stay (not sure why at this point other than we had already made the effort to drive here and were worried we wouldn't get a seat somewhere else) and our server was great (the single redeeming aspect of this visit) but the hostesses continued with their bad attitudes and behaviors. When one of our party members went to request a trivia platform, the hostess' response was "It's over on the wall, you can get it" in a snotty tone while pointing. The hostesses were not busy, there were at least 5 of them standing at the podium, unwilling to provide any remotely passable form of customer service. We will never go here again and will continue to warn others against it. Very disappointing for a business to be so anti-customer service oriented. Hopefully a major staff turnover will occur soon after their business suffers for their terrible customer service or I'm sure BWW will end up leaving the area for poor...
Read moreVery disappointing order experience. The official website was down (returning error codes) and prompted me to call the store to place an order. I call the store, and they told me they couldn't process delivery orders and to use grubhub or doordash instead. Before doing that, I asked the receptionist if those apps would work for BOGO offers (Tuesday or Thursday). Receptionist told me yes. Turns out that was incorrect. Doordash doesn't have the offer listed, so I go ahead and place the order and add "please bogo" to the order request section, calling the store immediately afterward to confirm the offer would work. Same receptionist as before tells me that they can't add the BOGO to the order (no reason given), and that they can't cancel the order from their end. So I have to call doordash to get the order cancelled (another ordeal). About 10 minutes pass, the kids and spouse are still clamoring for wings, so I go back to their website and try one last time. To my amazement the delivery order system works and correctly has the BOGO orders listed. Delivery scheduled to occur about an hour after everything is confirmed on the official site. 45 minutes later, I get an odd text from doordash that my order has been cancelled on account of the restaurant. No reason was given in the message. Final nightmare inbound: at this point I call the store to figure out what the heck is happening. I'm put on hold for 20 minutes. When I finally get through to the receptionist (the nice young lady from earlier in the story, who I fear is trapped in the same web of bs as I) tells me that the order is sitting in the pickup window, but she can't find any record of it in her system. As I right this now I'm about to drive out to pick up the order from the restaurant, with a bunch of rowdy and hungry kids in the car. I pray that the order is waiting for me, but I'm not holding out much hope. Needless to say, they've lost this regular customer. Absolutely...
