Memorial Station — Local services in Belton

We had our daughter's wedding at Belton Memorial Station and it was simply AMAZING! The cost was very affordable and the space was beautiful and perfect for our guest count. Each person we spoke to and met with throughout our planning were so helpful, courteous and so giving of their time. I have particularly positive remarks for Greta who helped us on the day of our event. She was always near to help; to answer questions; to offer suggestions; she kept an eye on things and brought things to my attention; she went above and beyond my expectations, and she wore a smile the entire time! Everyone there at Belton Memorial Station helped make our daughter's wedding an amazing experience! And even though we planned on having the wedding outside, it poured down rain that day, and there wasn't even a hiccup with the change of plans to have the ceremony inside! We had our wedding ceremony and reception at this venue in May of 2016. It was absolutely beautiful and the contacts are very helpful and kind! Pros: Beautiful and big venue. Huge stone fireplace, a kitchen for caterers, very clean, it can accommodate your ceremony AND reception. Out back overlooks a pond and there is a big, pretty fire pit. The "garage" looking doors were an awesome touch and can be opened when the weather is nice. Cons: There is no bridal suite. If you want, you can pay an extra $75 to rent out the no-so-aesthetically-pleasing senior center up the street. VERY inconvenient. Also, they offer no coordinator, setup or take-down services which is very inconvenient for the friends and family that have to stay late and clean up. They do not allot a time for a rehearsal prior, so we could either have our rehearsal 5 days prior or...

Memorial Station was a wonderful venue to work with. We had our wedding reception there in May 2022. The staff was quick to respond and very informative. They had a couple of showings for us which was beneficial during the planning process. If there was ever a miscommunication it was quickly solved and they were eager to help. We set up the night before the event, making the day so much easier! The spacious room allows you to decorate it however it fits your style and it was so fun to make the vision come to life there.
