Very sad, (is really a Half Star) Overall a terrible experience. Lets start from calling in to see if there was a wait time. there was, a small one however the person answering the phone didn't have that answer. Wrong person answering the phone obviously, but at this point i wasn't bothered. The disarray that was the bartender, then charging me right away instead of putting it on my table eliminated her cash tip. Table wait was quicker than anticipated this was good, place was busy. I noticed right away and then continued to pay attention to the lack of courtesy given patrons. Having been in the food industry since the 60s ... basic training included allowing patrons the right of way, this didn't happen. This yet is still small on my list. Cleanliness? the divider wall had/has a good layer of dust on it, wiped only at on side, Flatware (when it arrived- only after the delivery of an appetizer and only after We asked for it) came in Wet napkins with major water spots. App was good but messy. Drinks took way too long to arrive and refill. Food, Three steaks, one Rare, One MR to Med. and one Med to Well. Mine was Rare to MR... not bad.... the MR to Med was RAW (KC STRIP) the Med to well was MR to Med again not bad. The Raw was taking in a box to be re-grilled this evening. The steak seem overly salted, but was edible. This is the first time I have left a sub standard tip in several decades, I shall not go back. Steakhouse burger (medium). No cheese. Loaded baked potato with everything. I went with the medium burger cuz I live about 10 minutes away. Plus, that's what the website suggested. I normally go with a medium well or well done. Depends on the cut of the meat. I'm glad I went with the website suggestion. Here's something that I really loved. My burger toppings were on the side (shredded lettuce, tomato slice, 4 pickle chips, 3 sliced raw onion rings). Baked potato is a pretty good size. Standard loaded baked potato toppings in plastic cup (bacon bits, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, butter, sour cream). Looks like I also got a little baggy with extra butter for my loaf of bread. When you order online It'll ask you if you want bread. I sure do! It's a small loaf. It's bigger than what I thought it would be. Most places give you a hard roll. Lol. Bread is soft and flavorful. Then there's a little baggie with your plastic ware and extra butter for your bread. Anywho, the burger before was $9.99 before taxes. That's the lunch price. I threw in a tip. The website is user friendly by the way. When you pull up you have four spots you can choose from. On the sign it tells you how to proceed. Text or call. I went with the call in option. A very nice lady answered the phone. She let my server know that I was there. The server (friendly and smiled) came out promptly and brought me my food. Great...

I forgot to take pictures of the food but it was fantastic. I also failed to get the names of those who served or dealt with us. They deserve a shout out amd I'm sorry I didn't get their names. It was so good that we all over ate and left happy miserable. Lol, by happy miserable, I mean full and extremely satisfied. We haven't gone here for years, and my daughter in law said it's FIRE. In the past, when we would go here, we thought it smelt like a slaughter house when we first walked in. That was not the case this time. It was pleasant and the staff was amazing. Very tentative. We had young kids with us, and when my grandson got fidgety, a nice young man brought him dinosaurs to play with. Amazing! We are a party of 9 (which is always a problem for seating anywhere we go) but not here. She said it would be 30 min and it was exactly 30. The spinach dip, onion rings, and chicken wing appetizer. My 8 year old said the wings were amazing. Their bread is good also. We had chicken, steak, shrimp, salad, baked potatoes, mashed potatoes, and corn on the cob l, some salad, and kids' meals I would recommend eating here however it's not cheap.
