Placed order on app to be made at a later time. Checked one pizza but not the other, pepperoni pretzel crust had no pepperoni or salt. The "Manager" who hangs up when you ask for their name, they could not solve a simple customer satisfaction issue. At the mercy of people in food service who make their own rules and gonna have to discontinue doing business with them going forward.
Update: Called and spoke with manager, it did not go well. The manager talks over the customers and believes you have to bring your pizza back (your dinner that you plan to eat) in order to have it remade. Well, that doesn't compensate my time or gas, so still not satisfied with the inconvenience. They cannot problem solve with any critical thinking. This store does not believe in store credit or refunds. Told her I won't give them my business and she's fine with that, she says "we have enough money and customers". You have no guarantee here. I was told I had to wait even though 4 people placed orders at the counter (same pizza walk ins) after me and received them immediately while I waited. The young man at the counter was kind but was told in front of me, “she should have an email stating the time so you’re looking for something that doesn’t exists.” I watch multiple orders to go get their food and leave. Last time I waited 30 minutes for an undercooked pizza. We have never had a bad experience at the little Cesars in temple or any other little cesars. It has been an isolated incident at this little cesars. Read moreVery dissatisfied, disappointed and frustrated. I had ordered a pretzel pizza, bacon cheese puffs, regular pizza puffs and the crazy bread. The pretzel pizza wasn’t even a pretzel pizza. It had regular pizza crust. The pizza puffs were undercooked, but burnt on the outside. (I wasn’t fixing to feed my 2 year old that) The crazy bread was also undercooked.
My fiancé had called them to report the issues and was put on hold for 10 minutes. They finally came back on the phone saying “We can replace everything”.
