Brittany was fantastic to work with. We went to several cake tastings all around the Austin area and her desserts were by FAR the best! She has put so much time, thought and science into the development of her recipes so that they are absolutely perfect, even when left out at room temperature. She was able to take our cake ideas and create a gorgeous and great tasting cake. Her range of cake flavors and fillings were the most extensive we’ve seen. Her desserts were absolutely amazing and beautiful. Everything tasted so fresh and unique and all of our guests raved about how good the desserts were. Not a single piece was left from our beautifully designed dessert table by the end of the night. It was apparent that she worked hard on her recipes and continually improves upon them. She is upfront about not being a great “email person” because her heart is in the kitchen. Therefore, if you have any trouble getting ahold of her, just keep trying (or call) because...

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this bakery and the incredibly kind soul behind it. She has been a part of some of the most special moments in our lives — from our wedding cake and desserts, to our baby shower sweets, to our gender reveal cake for our second baby. Her desserts are not only stunning but truly the best I’ve ever tasted.

But today, she did something that meant more to me than any beautifully decorated treat. I stopped by to pick up some goodies for our sweet dog who is sadly passing away tonight. When I told her why I was there, she gave us almost everything for free — without hesitation. It was one of the kindest, most thoughtful gestures I’ve ever experienced, especially during such a painful time.
