Kohl's — Local services in Bemidji

I was at bemidji khols, & they have the Xtra 30 percent off clearance, but wen I got up there they weren't ringing up that way, the girl working beside the one waiting on me says, I know wat must have happened, someone must have already scanned & marked them down, making excuses) I said I'm not here to hear that, but your signs say a Xtra 30 percent off clearance price, you either honor that or go remove your signs! The 2 ladies that I was shopping by were also getting upset, cause theirs wasn't ringing up a Xtra 30 off. The girl who was making excuses, said we can get the manager over here, I said good get her, then we get get to the bottom of this! I even told them the lady putting out the clothes in the back where I was shopping said yes all clearance stickers are a Xtra 30 off clearance price. They honored the ones that weren't ringing up, but wat a headache! Total lack of communication, I've been to many trainings on customer service & you never make up excuses for another employee! I will never give any Kohls a 5 star rating because of their ridiculous pricing strategy (WAY over-inflate prices then put them on "sale").
