Verizon — Local services in Bemidji

I wouldn't trust them with my information or data again. I'd do the transfer myself. They didn't transfer everything from my old phone. I called the next day and left a voicemail to tell them I need access to the phone again to get my notes, contacts, some photos and whatever apps were missing.

They said they would wait to delete the old phones info until we gave them the okay. I left a voice mail the following day saying don't delete. I need to transfer more. But they never got back to me. To find out later my notes, and photos are forever gone in digital limbo. Hard to see if you have all your contacts in 30 seconds when some are there and some are missing. Thanks guys!

The transfer for our phones took HOURS. He made my wife subscribe to icloud to do the transfer. Pretty frustrating.

The guy was polite. But incompetent. Or at least undertrained. They didn't have a good way to transfer.

My ideas, plans, journal and whatever priceless texts in my notes are gone...

Oh and they told the person I'm on the plan with that we could get 700 or 800 for credit for our phones. When we had everything picked out they decided we could only have 440 per...

I thought I would check out Verizon's 5G phone upgrade offer after work today. The store I went to is located at the intersection of Hwy 197 and Bemidji Ave N across from CVS. I was greeted by Adam upon entering the store. Adam listened to why I stopped in and what my goal before leaving was today. The visit went wonderfully! Adam was knowledgeable and thorough...I am 100% happy with my upgrade. I requested a data transfer and I am not disappointed with the process or result. After the transfer was complete, Adam invited me to take my time and go through my new phone to make sure everything transferred as I hoped it would. And it did!! Only after I gave my thumbs up did Adam and I delete all info off my old phone. There were additional customers who entered the store while Adam was helping me... they were greeted by reps and seemed to enjoy the service the...

We will never shop in this store again. We have never been treated this rudely in any store before in our lives. We drove 50 miles to get to the store, we were not greeted by anyone, we waited for 45 minutes. When we first came both of the sales people were working with customers. Shortly after we got there the woman finished with the customer she was working with. However, she did not come over to ask us if we needed any help or what we wanted. She busied herself with other things around the store and finally we asked can we get some information on this phone. She replied that she should’ve been home 45 minutes ago and that we were going to have to come back another time if we wanted to buy a phone. We told her that we had driven 50 miles just to get to the store. She didn’t appear to care and was very snippy with us....
