Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bemidji

If I could go negative stars I would! Just had the worst experience with Pizza Hut in Bemidji I called nonstop for OVER 30 minutes without a single person answering the phone. It would ring for a long time then start beeping as if someone picked up the receiver and hung it right back up! I would then redial and repeat never did get an answer finally called corporate and spoke to a corporate manager for them to deal with it. My order was 2 pizzas and BBQ wings they were delivered 20 minutes late all food was cold maybe room temp at best the wings taste like rotten old chicken they are not edible what so ever the pizza has the wrong crust I will not eat any crust from there other than the Pan what they gave me was what looks like their hand tossed and it is disgusting and rubbery I don't like it to start but when it has been sitting and cold it seemed way worse I am now out the money and still need to cook dinner anyway. Very disappointed. I can see why everyone complains about that place and won't eat...

Tried to dine in because sign said dining room open. Sat down and extremely rude women came out after about 3 minutes and yelled at my husband and I that 'no lunches are being served today because I have a big order all day can't help you.' We left.

After a long day of driving, we decided that we would order from Pizza Hut prior to arriving at our hotel in Bemidji MN. Thinking that my family and I would only have a 15 min wait, we all looked forward to a pizza dinner. Well after waiting for over an hour, I tried calling their call centre which was no better. Each time I’d call I was put on hold which every time ended in a dropped call. After two hours waiting, I called again and was able to get through to management of some kind, and once again I was put on hold waiting for about 20 mins. When the line finally did answer, there was no one on the other end. At this point I called the call centre again and cancelled my order. You can only look at your hungry kids who are waiting way longer than they should and tell them they’re going to have to wait some more. As a veteran I expected much better...
