Extremely disappointed with the service tonight. I understand it was very busy but I knew it would be and called ahead to let them know i had a group of 15. They told me it would only be a 30 to 45 min wait on the phone. Upon arriving about 20 min later (which I told them would be my arrival time) they told me it would still be 30 to 45 min wait. My group waited well over an hour as we watched multiple groups of 8 to 10 come in and be seated before us. I'm not joking when I say hundreds of people were served before we even got a table. My party had to watch as people came in, group by group, got a table, ate their food, and left while we waited the whole time.
The wait wasn't even the worst part either. The waiter was extremely rude and complained directly to us about having to serve us. We also had a simple question since a gratuity was automatically applied (understandable for the large group) but the receipt was confusing as it seemed like they charged a gratuity for each meal and then again at the end. When asked about it the waiter gave us attitude and complained about his job and how hard it is. He told us any questions will need to be brought up to the manager because he is too busy deal with it. As he walked away he flagged down the manager and was clearly complaining about us to the manager (not hard to tell when he is right next to us pointing his finger angrily and the expressions on his face).
Now the manager was the only one who was decent and apologized for the problems. He did offer us a discount but as the bill had been separated the discount was only applied to a small portion and doesn't fix the inherent problem of the waiter and the fact that we had to wait so long.
Moral of the story...I guess you need to just say you are two groups of seven and you will immediately be seated, won't get an automatic gratuity, and hopefully the waiter won't complain...
   Read moreI have been going here for sometime. Daughter loves the cake and we enjoy the food. Lately they have taken away the game tablets. Daughter loved playing them while waiting for food to come. My last trip there was during a Vikings game. Ordered drink and chili con queso. Got the chili con queso and there was no chili. I asked and the server said "we out out of chili and that is all we have" then walked away and left it on the table. While watching the game and having a few, we snacked on the chips since they were there. Our beers are empty and have been for about 10 minutes, when they serve comes and asked if we want to pay our bill as they are done with their shift, we said we are staying for the game. Once she heard that, she walked away. Mind you our drinks are still empty. So we gave it a chance our new server would be over shortly, but no. 3 people behind the bar talking and our drinks are empty for around 20 minutes. This is when i asked "my go to server" if we could be moved to her section as i have never had a problem getting served by them. They rest of the night went well for service. I used my blazing rewards points for a few of my items. Without knowing, i hit boneless wings instead of traditional like I had ordered. When I got my bill and asked about it, I was charged for the Hatch queso (without chili) cause i had eaten most of it and of course the wings as i hit the wrong button. If someone is treated this way that is there at least 3 times if not more a month then I do not feel the need to go back. I, to this date, have not got my rewards points back for the wrong item and that has been a few weeks ago. Make things worse is I had just met the owner and told him how much we like the place and that we had not had bad service there...

But the past 2 times Iâve been there Iâve had the same server and she just canât seem to remember things like she thinks she can. She is an older woman with and tattoos (I wish I looked for her name). The first time we had her as a server it was on a Wednesday and it was fairly dead, we ordered our drinks and food and we waitedâŚabout 15 minutes later we finally get our waters, another 10 we got our drinks (mostly tap drinks). Well I finished my beer pretty quick so when she finally brought out the appetizer I ordered I asked for a Busch light this time, and it took her 30 minutes to bring me a Bud Lite, I wasnât going to wait that long again so I just drank it. We timed it and it took an hour for our food, it came out cold and the sauce was dried out from sitting back there for who knows how long. After trying to flag her down for our checks she finally just had us pay at the takeout counter. A âfun dinnerâ turned into a 2.5 hour experience. The second time we had this server she did everything I just mentioned again. But she rang up the wrong food, drinks, and when it was time to pay she completely forgot what we ordered so she had us tell her again. She brought everyone at our table their drinks (mixed and tap) and said âyour drink is being made nowâ but we were sitting by the bar and could obviously see that was a lie. She then poured and served 3 other tables their drinks before hastily making my drink. We used to love coming here but now we might wait to see if certain servers get weened out before...
