Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bemidji

Update: my husband went to this horrible Taco Bell.... Not only did they get half of the order wrong, but most of my gordita crunch was nothing but a disgusting overwhelming glob of sauce & tiny bit of meat at each end. Taco Bell, you are the worst very slow fast food place I've ever been to.

If I could write a zero I would. Never in my life have I ever had to wait almost 20 minutes to get fast food. I ordered three simple items had to leave without one of them because they took so long and now I was late to where I needed to go. Management acted like they didn't really care handed me a bunch of Taco coupons all nonchalantly like it was no big deal that I had been waiting for so long for two bean burritos and a gordita crunch. I got some stupid excuse about a big doordash order. Yet people who had ordered after me were getting their food before me. When finally someone started working on my three items, they just walked away and did not return for a few minutes. These guys hear me getting upset, they heard me state that I was going to be late to pick up my child and still continue to take their time. Finally I had to say just give me the two burritos I don't have time to wait for the third item now. They couldn't even understand that, they had to confirm 2 times that I didn't want the 3rd while they're standing there with the 2 bean burritos in their hands. I finally had to yell just give me the damn burritos I don't want them in a bag just hand them to me and still the guy tries to put them in a bag making you take even longer. Not sure what in the world is going on there but the employees are struggling with simple English. All the while the manager is just standing there looking around as if she had no clue. Absolutely the worst service I ever had at a Taco Bell before. I won't be returning no matter how many free tacos they tried to give me....

Bemidji's Taco Bell used to be pretty consistent. You'd get the wrong burrito every now and then, the lines were always long but moved quickly, and the service was fast and loose but quite often very fun. It was a good experience all around. Not great, but good. It's been at least two years now since Bemidji's Taco Bell has been any good. I'm not sure what happened, but now they are constantly out of something. Sometimes even most things. Hard to make a crunch wrap when you're out of beef, lettuce, tomatoes, and tortillas. But you'll still let me order it? What? The online app is wrong a lot, showing menu items that aren't actually served at this location. Their hours here are inconsistent, and I know that staffing is such a battle so I try to be understanding, but it's confusing when one day you close at midnight and the next you're kicking me out of line because you now close at nine. Who is supposed to know that when it's forever changing? I don't trust this Taco Bell anymore. It's still consistent; consistently a waste of my time and money, and consistently a disappointment. Sorry T-Bell. Last night I had to get Taco John's because you spontaneously decided not to serve the rest of the people in drive. I guess I'm a Taco John's girl...

Literally everytime I have come to Taco Bell this past year there has been something wrong with my food. I have tried several different menu items after having issues with other items and it seems to happen with whatever I order. You can't even call it a burrito because it is 90% tortilla and 10% whatever you ordered (if they get it correct that time). Also no matter how many times you ask for sauce, you either get enough for half a burrito or none at all and have to go back in to get sauce. They tend to be out of various products on a frequent basis and take some time to restock. I am a Taco Bell lover so this is very unfortunate. This has not been one bad experience but more than 20 within a year. Next time I want Taco Bell I will drive to Grand Rapids where they are clearly more attentive of portions, better trained for the job, and know what they are handing out the window. Super disappointed and today was my last straw. I don't want Taco Bell to reach out to offer me "free food" because that isn't what I would like. I just want the problem stated...
