Live about 30 minutes each way to shop here for my business. More often than not they are out of certain products. For the regular non business shopper not as devastating. For a cake business that depends on the very basic needs such as cake boxes, this is a huge issue. The WORST part is before I make the journey in, I call in to have them check to make sure it's in stock and they can hold so my trip is not a waste. They don't answer most of the time, and if they do, it's a rude response. Recently this happened where they did not answer so in desperation I took the chance and drove in. Of course they were out of stock of the product. When I asked if they had any in back stock the very curt answer was no. They'll probably be in tomorrow. And walked away. Nothing more. No check with the warehouse to make sure one was on there so they could offer to hold. Most of the checkers are very nice. Guy with three slick back hair who has been there along time needs to brush up on his customer service skills. He's always been extremely arrogant but as the years go by it's apparent he does not give a RIP. Retire already if customer service is too...

Today though, I was a really careless with something that is very important to me. I had put the pendant to this necklace in the fold of my wallet, and unthinking, grabbed it on my way to the store. It must have fallen out when I took my wallet out at the register. I called when I got home and let them know where I thought it may have been dropped, and got a call back within an hour to report that they had found it and I could come pick it up. The employee I spoke with when I came back wouldn’t take the reward I tried to offer him upon the return of this valuable and sentimental item.
So instead I leave this heartfelt review… it’s been a tough week and the thought of losing this item broke my heart. The finding of it renewed my faith in humanity - sorry if that’s melodramatic, but at this moment - I just can’t express how thankful I am. Thank you...
Read moreI visited this store two weeks ago. There were three people not wearing a mask and shopping. I brought it up with the cashier, was mostly ignored and told that they are not required to enforce the indoor mask requirements. The same three people were standing mask-less behind me in the checkout line, so I brought it up again with the checkout cashier. The cashier from the next counter interrupted my conversation to inform me that the store offers masks to people and requests them to wear it but cannot enforce the requirement on account of HIPAA laws, and that countless businesses are getting sued for doing so.
