Terrible store policies and unhelpful customer service. They’re not letting customers try on items and the sizing is not helpful either. You basically have to guess if something will fit or not based on what your size is between Small and 3XL. I don’t buy lingerie to begin with and I won’t be coming back here after a failed return. Because I had returned a previous item and bought two more items using an exchange/return receipt, apparently the cash register “wouldn’t let” the staff return my funds to my card. They only offered store credit. The cashier said that she was going to use an exchange receipt when I was returning an item and getting two others but didn’t clarify that a future return would only be good for store credit. Guys, I sell cars for a living, and THAT right there is shady business to ME! And yeah, not really interested in having store credit to a place that won’t let me try on any of the items and from what it sounds like they won’t be changing that policy anytime soon. Apparently the changing rooms are being used for storage. If they change their dressing room policy I may have some interest in returning with a store credit. But I have a feeling by the time they make that change, my return receipt will no longer be accepted anyway and we’ll probably be in the 2030s. That or this place will just go out of business before they even get a chance to change their policies. I’ll be leaving them a review later but I can’t stress enough if you want fun lingerie and a good experience, go to Victoria’s Secret! They’ll let you try stuff on, their items are super cute, and the environment is much more bright and welcoming. I spent almost $300 there and it was worth it just because of the good experience. Even with a customer blowing up on one of the gals in the store because he couldn’t join his girlfriend in the dressing room 😂 Overall, don’t shop here, wouldn’t recommend shopping here, wouldn’t even take the store credit to give to someone as a “gift” which they suggested I could do. Nobody else should have to deal with this level of BS over something...

I’m sad to say I regret giving this business my money. Not because the merchandise was bad, I actually quite enjoyed sorting through the selections they had there, but because of the service I received from the lady ringing me up. I came in with my best friend from out of town and we spent 10 minutes max inside the shop and decided to purchase matching lingerie for fun. When we went to checkout the lady had the WORST attitude towards us. I started the conversation so sweet and friendly asking “are you one of the owners here?” to which she replied “would it matter if I told you I was?” And I said “well, one of my close friends is best friends with the owner and he sent us here to say hi” and she totally ignored me. She even turned her back to us (i assume she was bagging merchandise?) after putting the pay machine on the table without giving me any payment directions. So after I paid, I grabbed the receipt that popped out and she became irritated because the one I grabbed apparently wasn’t for me to grab. She gave us the worst experience by the looks and attitude that was unnecessary. I would recommend you pull tape (hopefully with audio) and give her a coaching on how to at least fake being kind to paying customers. I debated posting this review honestly, but that was NO way to treat anybody giving you money.

Usually this is an amazing place, but tonight really ruined it for me. There was a worker that treated my girlfriend and I like we were stealing, destroying the shop, and generally a bother. She made comments about my weight, and followed us around the whole store. I'm a paying customer that spent a nice chunk of change, and to be treated like that is uncalled for. When I asked for their name, they declined to say. I have never been treated so rude by an employee here. I won't be going back, and it sucks because they have nice things. But it's not worth being treated like that.

Update: I decided to go there again with some friends to see if it was different. It wasn't. The same employee was there and she treated us with absolutely no respect. This was the last chance I was willing to give it, but I definitely won't be spending my money here. They have a small selection of items for way too high of a price and that one employee really...
