I first found Great Woods on Craigslist shopping for materials for 4000 sq foot roof. They helped me design and provision my roof for about $3.00/sq foot, about 1/3 the cost of most systems.

But the great service came three months later when I discovered that the decking screws I purchased were too short for my roofing system. A couple of phone calls later they helped me exchange my $1600 worth of short screws for ones that fit.

I just don't know how I could get a better combination of service and great price...
