If I could give zero stars I would. Every single time the staff is horrible. I usually take the time to go to Strasburg for better service but I was in a hurry. If I live in Bennett I should be able to go to the Bennett subway. Anyway there was a soccer team before me and I politely stood in line. I understand that the girls could be frazzled but what they did is rude and wrong. The poorest customer service every single time. Ordered 3 foot long sandwiches to go. Asked the girls if they could mark the sandwiches so we wouldn’t have to play a guessing game. Thinking it’s funny or something they marked all sandwiches with salami. It’s no wonder the turnover rate at this specific location is extremely high. No human being should ever be subjected to such horrible treatment by anyone. I clearly ordered a large on my mobile order and the two girls including the manager told me that they charged 3.50 more for the large but only gave me a small drink. I don't understand the logic to this but this subway acts like they can get away with everything and I am so tired of it.
