Meh. Food is never too great. Half the time they give me beef when I ask for chicken so I try to make it very clear when ordering by being obnoxious about what I want (admittedly) and even then it still occasionally gets overlooked somehow.
My last visit was shortly after they'd opened one morning and in the drive through the girl told me "can you hold on a minute?"... I proceeded to wait for 15 minutes occasionally saying "hello?" In disbelief that she still hadn't returned as I sit there waiting to place an order...
After what had to be close to 20 minutes with cars lining up behind me I decided to just leave due to what was an aperant desertion of the drive through service... when driving around to leave I notice the only employee I see just hanging out in the lobby on their phone. Guess they just didn't want to work the drive through that morning and didn't care that people were out there trying to order...
That had to be the worst drive through service/experience ever... what a waste of time... just ended up going somewhere else for food considering they clearly didn't care that people were waiting in their cars while getting no response from any employee whatsoever...
Not only this but every time I actually order I ask for a "handful" of extra sauce at the window... they'll turn and throw literally 2 sauce packets in the bag.. never seen another fast food place that's THAT stingy with the amount of sauce they give out... Even today I was very specific and asked for 20 Diablo sauces when they asked if I want sauce. They then gave me 4 Diablo and 2 fire sauces... how in the world does the sauce situation work at this place and why do they even ask if they're just going to completely disregard your request?
I have a whole list of gripes with this place to be honest... but we will leave it at that for sake of keeping things somewhat...
Read moreI first want to say this is the 1st time that I have not been fully satisfied with my order, to point where I feel like I should say something. We just moved to the area and I have been boycotting Taco Bell because all the ones in the north Denver area are awful, never get the order right awful customer service etc.. SO! I was very happy that this Location has great customer service and has gotten my order right every time which I have not had happen in a few years of going to Taco Bell. So please keep up the good work please :) But there is one more thing I would like to point out.... this trip I wasn’t too happy with my food. I can’t eat beans and so I normally order my Nachos an everything with No Beans, they made the order correct with no beans But they also didn’t really put anything on my burrito either. Ha ha Just because I order no beans doesn’t mean I don’t want the rest of the burrito lol. My 5 layer was nothing but Cheese and tortilla which I had to pull apart to find the little table spoon of beef at the very bottom of the burrito. My nachos were also skimpy and hardly had any toppings on them as well, same for the triple double crunch wrap they only gave me regular amount of beef and not double. I just hate feeling like I’m wasting money on food when 80% of my burrito ended up in the trash because it was only tortilla. Hope this helps keep staff...
Read moreSecond time I’ve edited my review because 3 months later they have somehow gone beyond mediocrity to pure incompetence. I will never understand how this location is even still in business. Today I rolled up and saw the line all the way out to the road and starting to wrap around the building. I thought well at least they have enough staff to be actually open today but the lone was too long for me to fit in so I thought I’d park off to the side and wait a few minutes for it to clear out a little. Well after 20 mins not even one car had moved. There was NO ONE in front of the person at the speaker, they hadn’t even taken his order yet!! I watched everyone get frustrated and finally everyone had to back out and go across the street to McDonald’s. This is now how they clear their noon time rush, they just wait them out until they all give up and leave. This location needs to be burned to the ground and rebuilt brick by brick.
