King Soopers Pharmacy — Local services in Bennett

Honestly, the lack of professionalism and competence is astonishing! I tried getting my prescription for a whole week, and got told each time that it would get here “tomorrow.” My provider made a mistake and the prescription got sent in twice (the second order being the correct one). So then I call again today and someone tells me they won’t have it until Monday. Call back a few minutes later and they say I can pick it up within 3 hours max. I show up and they try to charge me HUNDREDS of $$ for the medication I usually get for less than $30! I explain how there was a mistake and the second order should reflect the correct cost. They say “oh, we see it, but it won’t be here until tomorrow.” OH MY GOSH! What a way to waste people’s time and mess with one’s patience! Horrible, horrible service. I do want to add that the manager, Elissa, is very nice and ended up resolving the issue...

I have also been lied to or at least very mislead about when my prescription would be ready. The only reason I continue to go here is it's the closest King Soopers around. I cannot believe how many times I've had prescriptions called in which take DAYS before they are filled. One time I showed up expecting my prescriptions and the man was so rude he basically told me I was wrong or lying about when I was told I could pick up the prescription. I was livid. No apology.....just, "It's not even close to ready and no way did someone tell you it would be ready." My option was to wait another hour or go home and wait till the next day again. Considering how many rural people they serve they should understand the major inconvenience of waiting around for hours and driving 20...

Worst pharmacy EVER.

My daughter called them today to see if my son's meds were ready. Whoever she spoke to told her they never got the prescription.

So, I called and talked to the manager, who said the meds were ready.

Sent my daughter there to pick up the meds, and they tried to charge her $800!

My daughter told them that wasn't right, so the person went "to check something" and came back to tell her it would be $52.

My daughter proceeded to tell them, it should be less and my son's insurance plan was on file. They couldn't find it.

I'm NEVER going to this hell-hole of a pharmacy again. I've NEVER had an order placed with them that wasn't wracked with confusion and...
