Got excited to have something different out here and went through sonic. We parked and were ordering at one of the stalls when I then got told that the stall I was at was broken( no big deal ) I seen that all the other stalls were taken so I got in line for the drive through. I waited about 30 minutes before being asked what I wanted and then was told to pull around. I paided got my food and left. Looked at my food I had gotten a burrito witch was soggy and had the wrong ingredients in it. My cheese sticks were hard and the tots were undercooked. My coke tasted like flaverd water. Same with my friends food. The meat on is burger was undercooked and bloody in the wrapper tots also under cooked and a coke flavor water. The food handed to me took a while to get and when received, I was more than disappointed. Both items I ordered were on the same level as garbage. My corn dog was stale, slightly burnt, and hard to bite. The bacon cheeseburger I ordered was missing the bacon. I am glad I checked the food before leaving. The customer service was a disaster too. Read moreIf you as a corporation are aware that you're having problems with your app glitching you should take the app offline, not still allow orders to go through and take customers money with a prerecorded message stating you're aware of the issues and that the customer service reps will not be about to assist. When can I expect my refund?
