I received exceptional service today at this Les Schwab. I arrived in Bennett, Colorado, after driving across Kansas. I arrived shortly before closing time. Regardless of the time, the manager, Dillon, and Ashton treated me with such respect. I was able to get one tire replaced quickly. When I found out that this location also offers an oil change, I asked the manager and he immediately had oil purchased from another location and brought over and did the oil change right away. They had delivered so many oil changes that day the oil barrel had literally run out! That didn’t stop him from getting oil purchased and brought over. Like I said, it was just a few minutes before they closed at 5 PM. I got a tire replaced, all my wheels checked, and an oil change. Then I was able to continue on my way to the West Coast. Scheduled an appointment online for 9am for an oil change and a pre trip check, and on arrival was asked if I'd be dropping the car off or waiting. Informed them I'd be waiting and took a seat. At 10:30 i noticed the car parked in the lot and asked if it was done. Apparently it was but no one bothered to tell me and they weren't that busy. They then also told me it had failed the low battery test and quoted me a price for a new battery. If this had been mentioned during the hour and a half I'd been waiting, i would've told them to go ahead and put the new one on. I do believe their work to be generally good but customer service and efficiency not so great. Mistakes happen but not really...

We had a tire totally blow on an I-70 East pot hole while road tripping cross country and trying to get home by Sunday night. No other shop was able to get us back on the road before Monday. Elijah at Les Schwab was able find a wheel and tire in the same diameter but different width, even though the shop did not have the exact tire we needed in stock. Everyone we talked to at the shop was really friendly and helpful, and Elijah got us back on the road in just a couple of hours with no appointment, despite the shop being really busy.
