The sale itself was alright, worked with Chad to purchase a 2016 gmc sierra. After the purchase is when all the problems started. I stopped being a customer as soon as I left the lot with the truck. The truck was sold with pre existing problems the dealership never disclosed. It has been misfiring since day one and after multiple repairs they still have not been able to fix the issue. They have broken parts on my truck during service which I was then required to pay for, they have lied to me about updating the software in my truck. They do not stand behind what they sell, they hide issues with vehicles until after purchase in hopes the customer will have to pay for it instead of selling something reliable and problem free. All 4 of my tired almost fell off after service, thankfully my children were not in the truck. The dealership has not lifted a finger to assist me in the numerous issues I have had with the truck they sold me, they could care less quite frankly. Every local I have spoken with regarding this dealership has had nothing but bad things to say about them, and I see why now. Steer clear of bennington auto mall, go to a dealership that cares about the customers they sell to and will stand behind what they sell instead of simply caring about making a sale. As you can see by their response in other reviews, the most you will get...
Read moreMade an appointment online over a month ago for an oil change and an emission recall. Got there for my appointment time and was told that they do not see my appointment and asked if I made it online. When I said yes, I was informed that they don’t get/ accept online appointments, but could do the oil change for me. I told them at that point I have made the appointment using a free oil change I had on my Chevy account. I was then told to just go have a seat in the waiting area and they could do maintenance needed. I waited for over 2 hours ( by this point I was late for work). When I went to go get the keys and check out I was given the invoices (one for oil change and one for the recall). The recall, which is under warranty, they tried to get me to pay for. I refused. Then I told them again what when I made the appointment online my free oil change was acknowledged in the appointment. I was told they can not honor it and won’t, I was forced to pay before i could leave. When I called today to speak with a manager, he acted like this was a normal occurrence and insisted that Chevy does not honor more than one free oil change during the life of a vehicle ( this isn’t true). BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!
If they can not accept or honor online appointments, perhaps they should update...
Read moreI purchased a 2020 Nissan Murano. I dealt with Chad, had a positive experience. He was helpful and gave me a great deal. They delivered the car to me at a reasonable cost. I am thankful for that. The reason I took away stars: 1) They did not disclose that I would have to pay for inspection myself - I live out of VT. When I got my registration, I was pulled by a cop and warned, luckily no ticket, BEWARE out-of-state buyers!!! It's not a big amount, but I would appreciate transparency up front and not omitting telling this information all-together. When I asked if they would pay for it, they said no. 2) The document fee was $300 - literally 5 pieces of paper to sign. Are you serious? 3) I asked to order some accessories and they waited until the car was ready to be delivered. At that point the accessories would have arrived too late, so I could not get them through this dealer. 4) And the 4th star taken out - I felt like once the car is sold - no more interest to keep the relationship with the customer. In my opinion, this is unprofessional. let alone repeated business opportunity...
