Staples — Local services in Bennington

I've never used Staples print services before and I won't be using this location ever again. The order that I was picking up was supposed to be done the previous day as is. I had noticed that I wasn't necessarily standing in the right spot to pick up my order. But nonetheless, there was only one guy behind the counter so I don't think it really mattered. There were 2 other people in line who came in after me. When the guy behind the counter asked who was next, naturally I said, I am... because I was lol. I said, I just realized I'm not standing in the right spot but I am here to pick up a print order that I placed yesterday. This employee looked at me and said, "Okay, I will be with you after I help this guy." Referring to the guy standing behind me. I was perplexed and said, "But I was here before him?..." The employee said, "Well I'll have to find your order and everything so I'm going to help him first because he's waiting." Not sure of this logic... as I am also waiting and I didnt accept it. I told the guy waiting behind me that I meant no disrespect to him and he didnt seem to have a problem with me being helped first. I told the guy at the counter, "I was waiting first and I would like to be helped first. Can you please find my order." Which mind you, took a whole 30 seconds to find. He made it sound sooo complicated. Lazy worker... Also, while I can understand the need to show proof of who you are at pick-up, the email regarding pick-up never mentioned I needed to bring my ID so this should be fixed. At 7 months pregnant this guy not only tried to make me stand there and wait for him to help someone else who came in after me but he also made me go back out to my car to get my ID. Very...

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! I bought a new laptop from here. The Toshiba satellite l55-c5136 which I highly recommend for gaming. They had it set up in one day and they set up my Microsoft office with my laptop and the set up there security system which I love!!! It doesn't give me a lot of errors and its strong and protective. Whenever I use this laptop the easy techs at staples set up I fell confidence, pride, and joy that this laptop feels unbreakable. they did a good job. I've had problems with Toshiba in the past but this is the first Toshiba that works well. This is the best staples in the united states. I defiantly recommend this place if you want good service, people who listen to you and don't judge you and offer opinions, and friendly workers. If you want those quality's come here. I called today Saturday 8/17/24 to be sure my qr code would work there for a package I needed shipped. I was told it would not work if it said ups store which it did not. I brought the package and showed the code the lady did not accept the package saying it was too large and mentioned if it said ups store... I showed her it did not say "store" . She said it was too big for her to take there. Which is it? She never weighed it measured it or tried to scan the code. I believe she did not want to deal with the supposed large box/ did not want to help a customer/ do her job. I should have called the manager over. A different employee and there wouldn't have been a problem. I was extremely inconvencied and dissapointed with my experience.
