After many failed attempts of searching for a Tahoe, I stumbled across one here. Although it was red and a 2015, it was Certified. My wife decided to take the plunge and call to see it it was still available (we did this before at another dealership and once we got there it was sold) before we wasted a day to drive there to look at it. My wife told them that we will not be staying all day. We wanted to be in and out. Either we like the numbers the first time or out the door we go. (Quick and Painless) The salesman, Doug, came in on his day off to greet us. He was very nice and we could tell that he wanted us to not feel pressured into buying the vehicle. Everything seemed to be going as planned. Compared to our other experiences, this was by far the best. No excuses, no pressure, and no saying we are loosing money on this deal. When Doug came back with the numbers, it exceeded what my wife thought she would get. Especially when the other dealerships kept pulling her chain. So she said yes. Now comes the best part, meeting the Finance Manager Jeff. He was a hoot. We were in his office for no more than 15-20 minutes and he had offered us some tickets to the Patriots vs Giants game. He is a season pass holder and couldn’t go to the game and didn’t want them to go to waste. So needless to say, my wife got the Tahoe and my son and I went to the game. Read moreI have been looking for a mid size car with the comfort of a Sedan, but liked smaller hatchback and SUV styles. I wanted a back-up camera, light color, low mileage and 2014 or newer. You would think having such few requirements would make the selection easier, but instead, the unlimited possibilities were overwhelming. Paul listened to my requirements, asked questions to get a better idea of what would work for me, then patiently showed me many cars. With each car he explained the features, showed how they worked, and made note of my likes/dislikes. He managed to take all my comments such as "I like the comfort of the seat", "this seat is too tight", "the dashboard is too stark", "I love this blue color", "the edges are to sharp, I like it more curvy" and narrow that down into the models that had the features I liked. Paul is very knowledgeable about all the vehicles, spent several hours with me and never made me feel rushed, or pressured to make a sale. I purchased an SUV and even after the sale was complete, Paul continued to support me by showing me how to set features on the dash. I have purchased many cars over the years and have never has such a positive experience as this. Read moreThat was a people were polite and kind and there was a very small selection of vehicles under $7,000 my girlfriend who has a Nissan brought her vehicle there for a single check of fluids ended up having them to fix the window when did so they killed her tinting and didn't replace it and when her car was acting up it was brought back in and they said oh you're fluid color is incorrect and they should have noticed this has this is for her transmission and she ended up having again after the first time having it there for a week for electrical issues but they had to actually have a specialist come in after all these experiences and all the money she ended up putting into the car almost $10,000 so I decided to go elsewhere to look for a car even though they had 5 vehicles at 7,000 which is in the price range that I was looking for but to have them for a mechanic now I don't think I'd like that idea so I will continue to look elsewhere or maybe I will buy the vehicle there at 7000 and just bring it to my own...
