THIS STORE SAVES ME OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS A MONTH AND AROUND 15-16 YEARLY.
Honestly I can’t tell you how much money this store has saved me and has fed my family. 200-300$ fills a cart full of snacks-meats-sides. Try doing that at price chopper or Walmart lol spending probably a good 800$+ I just filed half a cart at Walmart for 600$ for someone. Aldi sells top quality meats to. Same stuff you find else where but does it at a sufficiently low cost. Even sell baby back ribs. Best chicken wings in town-Kirk woods. Thanks Aldi so much. Again great food selling everything you need. Stores saved me THOUSANDS ON THOUSANDS of dollars a year probably 14-16 grand a year. Over a thousand dollars a month. Feeding a family of 6 so imagine if your a smaller family how much you would save. I’ll update a recipe once I shop again and show you.
EDIT 7/3/25; So I see now why it's so cheap. WARNING ⚠️ because of illness I must tell you the snacks I had gotten smelled like nail polish remover which I wasn't aware til I put in my mouth. Ended up in the hospital very very sick. Then we seen strawberries that were not so red but fully white covered in mold hairs completely like it was plucked out of snow. Not just one container but a dozen or more. Foods very very outdated and the store throws out so much money In none expired food but leaves the expired...
Read moreVery clean, well lit and organized. Prices are significantly cheaper than your major food retailers. If you're not into brand names, this is the place to go. They even had a wine and beer selection there. I've got to check that out next time I go. Bennington location. UPDATE 01/25/2020. For those that are wondering about the quality and taste of the food due to the cheaper pricing? No problem whatsoever. I've never had a issue with any product on the shelf. I use quite a few different products because I'm a pretty good cook and the hubs and I eat very well. All of my meals are made with Aldi products. Dairy, meats, dry goods are all on point. I love to go there especially for the produce. Was there yesterday and picked up a special on fresh whole mushrooms for 89 cents a package, really? Normally they go for about 1.39 which is still very cheap. Go the major retailer around the corner and it's over 3 dollars a package. Another favorite is what I call the gadget isle, consists of home, office, bath, items and whatever else is there. It's like a surprise package bc you never know what they'll have from...
Read moreThis is a nice clean store with friendly service. It is a pain to put a quarter in to get a shopping carriage since I rarely have change. So I just put my merchandise in my reusable shopping bags which works just as well. Their produce is usually pretty good and decently priced. I usually pick up my sandwich bread (similar to Arnold's Whole wheat) for a lot less than that name brand. Another regular purchase are the protein bars, which are less expensive than the Nature's Valley ones I get at other markets and they are just as good. I also like their value for mixed nuts which we often eat as a snack at home. Usually buy one box of salted and one box unsalted and mix it up. Nice frozen food section as well. The majority of products are their own "brand name" but often made by the name brand companies. Update- We usually pick up their Indian simmer sauces (Tikki-Tikki, Butter Sauce). Very good price...
