As well as presenting customers with more reasonably price materials. It would be one thing if I asked for the high-priced stuff, but presenting customers with some of the most expensive frames available off the bat and not having a good alternative ran me out the door. $850 quote, I went elsewhere and was out the door for ⅓ of the price.
