Super Value Furniture — Local services in Bensalem Township

Stopped in looking for a TV stand or any furniture that might suit my new apartment. From the moment I walked in, the energy was off. The only person there was on the phone, and it wasn’t until I got close that I got a quick “hi.” I browsed the entire store alone, and when I finally found a table worth measuring, that’s when she decided to ask, “Can I help you?” I respectfully said no, but instead of engaging further, she went right back to her phone call…on speaker, laughing and joking like I wasn’t even there.

I was also looking for a dining set, but clearly, that didn’t matter. Her call took priority over basic customer service.

Ironically, the store’s sign says it all…it is literally falling apart. That broken, neglected look perfectly matched the lack of care I experienced inside. The whole place felt disinterested and lifeless. It was a missed opportunity for them, and an easy decision for me...

Took a week to deliver 5 minutes away from destination. Furniture was scratched and they would not replace or fix. Asked for assembled before arriving and they left lots of boxes in front of destination. ...
