Eggmania - Authentic Indian Street Food & Egg Delicacies — Restaurant in Bensalem Township

My previous visit didn't result in being able to eat here as my food hadn't arrived after waiting for 1 hour following placing my order.

I was in the area again and decided to give it another try as the food smelled delicious last time while I was waiting.

My nose didn't deceive me, the food here is really good. In addition the staff is super friendly and the tables are very quickly cleaned after customers leave.

Ordering from the counter is quick and efficient. The staff are more than willing to help you decide on what to order. I chose the paneer lava fry regular spice level and as someone who likes spicy food I thought the spice level was perfect. The portion sizes are more than enough for one person which is great . Most of the dishes come with what I'll call toast and the option to swap that out for chapati. This time my food came out in a reasonable time.

If the dining room is busy, I'd find another place to eat if you've got somewhere to be.

Rude staff, poor quality food and terrible customer service. We ordered food yesterday and had another addition to the order few minuted later. He originally told us everything to be ready in 20 mins and the additional item would take another 10 min which we agree upon. Upon arrival the additinal item was not ready and he was like wait for 30-35 min . When i asked him why he agreed for 10 min when he couldnt deliver it he just refuses to entertain. Krutharth who is the manager of this franchise literally told me “we don’t care if you dont order from us, dont order the food if you dont like to wait”. Instead of apologizing for the poor service they don’t seem to be caring about the business. We do understand the labor constraints and weekend rush but just expect some basic courtesy. First time at this place and I actually like it! Got a big parking lot so no way you can’t find a spot. Once you step into the restaurant is a small waiting area, but the time of the day I went in was just empty, so no waiting at all. The cashier/associate was very patient and friendly especially this is my first time there, which i took a bit of time to browse through the menu. I finally settled with a kids meal for my daughters, an Anda Lahori, and a Kali Malri Chicken. The two dishes come with a few slices of grilled bread. You can substitute that with rice on an extra cost. Surprisingly, I like the Anda Lahori. It is mild spicy and delicious with the bread. Although my husband and I both think if they serve it with the naan, it might taste a bit better. The Kali Mari Chicken to me was a bit too spicy for me.
