I walked into the store, conveyed that i am looking for a surprise anniversary gift for my wife and they assisted accordingly. Truly speaking, they have a wide variety of items similar to what i saw in branded showrooms and i was little surprised to see such a collection in Bensalem. The sales person was very patient, cordial, she walked me through the entire store and gave additional details on the items i liked. I shortlisted couple of uncut jewellery items, asked for a final pricing and it was done in minutes. The owner who did the billing was very polite, he used simple mathematics and voluntarily gave additional discount on top of the discounted price. The bill shared was very detailed and the explaination given by the owner was very clear too. Before i left, they asked me to put a copy of my bill in a lucky draw drop box which i did and they shared the list of gifts/freebies which are included in the lucky draw. They wished me good luck, invited me to the lucky draw event, gave a small freebie, and i left the store happily.

I later attended the lucky draw event which happened few days after my purchase with my lucky child and i was one of the winners!!. It was a very transparent lucky draw event and was organised infront of customers. They even handed over the gift i won and i left the store...

They write back comments that are false. I had complained the my diamond fell off within of week of buying the ring. Now this isn't a carat diamond. This was a small diamond that the owner could have easily replaced. They said in their comments below that they called me for a gold coin. First they never called me. I went in to purchase something else not knowing how their jewelry was. And I did deserve the coin because their ad said 1 ct diamond purchase. My collection together came to more then 1 ct. Second their gold coin is a gram. Big deal!!!! I took my ring to a jeweler and he said the prong fell off which the owner neglected to tell me. I was waiting for them to write a response to my comment as they do to all others but I was not expecting lies. I will keep posting responses to their replies bc I think they are ripping people off because there is no competition in the area. Instead go to NY or NJ. The owner is rude as all the other comments say. I wish I had never spent over 6000$ there and given them that much of my business to post lies in...
