If I could give them A zero i would your customer service is absolutely horrible. Most of them don't speak english. They give you a guaranteed price not increase for 24 months and within 6 months your bill is increasing. And they say oh, that's the sports package. We don't control those prices and the equipment. Rental fee went up. We don't control those prices. According to them, they don't control any of the prices, which is a flat out lie. They do not honor their contract prices. They play monopoly and it's about time. Somebody did something about it. When they guarantee you, a price with no increases for a certain length of time. They should be held accountable for those guaranteed prices. Like everybody else and not have excuses to work there way around it. Xfinity has went down hell . They really Try to convince you that you're getting a deal when really all you're getting. Is ripped off with extremely high prices and rude customer service. really Wish the government would put these kind of places in check. And stop ripping off the consumer. I will never recommend xfinity. To anyone regardless of how much money they have? Xfinity You are a disgrace and should be ashamed of yourself. For the way you treat your customers. The other thing is they don't really want to talk to you. They want to send you a link to clickso you can text or chat with someone in a text which is ridiculous. If you really want to resolve the issue, call me on the phone and talk to me like a real human being. And not all people are tech-savvy or copy and paste and do chat. Do you ever think about the elderly people that don't even have a cell phone? You really should consider people who have been with you for 20 to 25 years and the senior citizens that don't Even have cell phones or computers. You give your new customers really great. The first time I went to the store, I was trying to get a discount on my internet bill, which was 110 a month. I had just recently dropped Verizon after 15 years, and I have been a Comcast customer for about the same. I changed my phones by calling an Xfinity number. I first brought over 3 phones. I was told that if i had 4 lines that I would get 40 dollars off of my internet. I paid off the last phone that I had with Verizon. I was getting the run around on the phone and stopped by the store. The guy there was like well there is nothing I can do about lowering your internet bill cause you call the phone number for Xfinity. Basically, he said I should have came in to change my phone service. This did not make much sense to me. So fast forward, I dropped the 110 dollar slow internet for fiber optic by Surf at 85 dollars a month. So by this month I have had Xfinity mobile and the bill is continuing to raise because I don't have their internet. I stopped by the store again to upgrade 2 phones. I was expecting to increase my bill by at least 100 bucks a month. The same guy says I can't do anything for you. He would not upgrade my phone or wouldn't even sell me a phone 🤷🏻♂️. Read moreTerrible experience and robbery as far as I concerned. I signed up with. Fixed price promotion that was suppose to included WiFi extenders. On trying to collect them they said I had to wait 3 weeks and do a test in the app to get it. The test never appeared on the app. Now they have made me upgrade to the new plan at more than DOUBLE the original rate for my free WiFi extender at 1GB speeds. Everytime I turn around my through put or actual speed is only 100mb/s, not the 1000 the promise. Oh wait. Not free they want me to pay another $15 a month for the extender too. I’m going to be searching if there is any class action lawsuits out there. There has to be. Shadiest business. Crooked people stealing money.
