I give 2 bc through covid this store has been a nightmare. 3 days in a row I’ve had to return because they kept sending me outside to wait in line. At 95 degrees with humidity. I understand that they’re only allowing one person in the store at a time. It doesn’t make a lot of sense, because I am still going to come in contact with everything the person before me touched at the counter. But my bigger issue is how rude the workers have been asking you to wait. It wasn’t a friendly hey we can only have one person in here at a time. I was flat out told you have to go outside and stand there until this guy leaves... Day two I show back up and I open the door and I couldn’t tell if there was a customer in there so I asked the lady I was like should I wait outside and she just replied Yep, wait. It’s not the biggest store but it could accommodate for five customers to wait in line outside of the humidity and heat, and the next day rain. Even if it was just a wait in line maybe they should have a text when it’s your turn feature so you can wait in the air-conditioning of your own car. But overall I’m more upset at the rudeness of the one single store clerk that they have in, a young blond girl, who doesn’t know how to treat grown ups when they walk in the store. And she is one of the slowest workers I have ever seen. She’s been here all three days. I’ve waited outside for 20+ minutes every single time. And it was still never my turn. I see employees walk in and out of the store but they go straight to the back office and remain there. They do not come out they do not assist they will not see a second customer at a time. End it does not state on their door, that they will only see one customer at a timeSo I guess AT&T would rather just lose their money instead of adding these extra phone lines for me. And to top it all off. By the time I finally got in the store on day 3 she had to take a 15 minute phone call to assist someone “looking” for deals on internet service....

I originally purchased my new Flip 6 two months ago from at&t on Walnut. I also purchased the watch. Two months later the screen goes out on the phone. I took it back to where I bought it, but he could do nothing. Since I also purchased the repair plan they sent me there, 30 miles one way.
The repair company could fix it and said I would have to mail it to Samsung since they are not allowed to fix Flip 6. I was not told that when I bought the service agreement.
I passed the Central At&t office b by my home. They were amazing. Encouraged me not to cancel my repair service in case something else happened. Suggested I buy a cheap phone and put my sim card in.
I go to Walmart got a prepaid phone and Central AT&T fixed my phone so my phone number is on a sim card and I have all my info in the phone.
He said when Samsung sends phone back, I can just put the sim card...I stopped him. I said when I get my phone back I'm bringing it here and making sure everyone i know comes here too. They were the ones who told me the previous store did not sync my new watch with my new phone. No worries. Central store will take of me from now on.
FYI I have had at&t since the 80's. Because of them, I didn't go to Verizon and get an I phone!

We drove 45mins to get here after a rep at customer service said it would be easy, just ask for a SIM card and give them your account info she said. I was told by an agent that since I had no ID they couldn’t help me. All I asked for was some kind of human empathy to our situation. Having one car, no working phone, and a toddler with a hurt neck and now we have to drive another 45mins back home and another back there. Since her neck is hurt we can’t come back today, we are limited to 2 hrs max in car seat. So now I am back with no phone service in the ozarks, where you need service to survive basically. The manager on duty didn’t even bat an eye nor apologize. If I had that role I would’ve made sure sincerity and human empathy was shown. Will be canceling my service...
